Description
Claims (7)
- 布又は網に海水を噴射する方式で塩を結晶化させる、塩を製造する装置であって、
内部空間が形成された製塩室と、
前記製塩室内に縦方向に取り付けられる複数の布又は網と、
隣接する前記布又は網の間の上部に設置され、海水を微粒化させて前記布又は網に噴射する海水噴射装置と、
前記海水噴射装置に海水を供給する海水供給管と、
前記海水と製塩室を加熱する加熱手段とを含み、
前記加熱手段は、海水を加熱するボイラーと、空気加熱装置と、熱風装置と、加熱空気供給管とを含み、
前記空気加熱装置は、前記熱風装置と前記加熱空気供給管に加熱された空気を供給し、
前記熱風装置は、前記製塩室に加熱された空気を供給し、
前記海水噴射装置は、前記ボイラーから加熱された海水と、前記加熱空気供給管から加熱された空気が流入して、前記空気により前記海水を微粒化させて噴射するノズルであり、
前記ノズルから噴射された海水が前記布又は網を伝って流れる際に塩が結晶化する、
ことを特徴とする塩を製造する装置。 - 前記ノズルは、錐形又は錐台形であり、
前記ノズルでは、前記海水供給管から供給される海水を空気と交差させて第1次の微粒化を行い、前記第1次の微粒化がなされて排出される海水について、ノズルの頂点領域にて、第2次の微粒化を行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。 - 前記海水噴射装置は、超音波振動子を用いて海水を微粒化させて噴射する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。 - 前記海水供給管は、前記製塩室の下部に配列されて前記海水噴射装置に連結され、
前記ボイラーは、前記製塩室の底に取り付けられて前記海水供給管の海水を加熱する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。 - 前記熱風装置は、前記製塩室の下部に取り付けられ、前記製塩室の内部に、加熱された空気を供給する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。 - 海水濃縮部をさらに含み、
前記海水濃縮部は、
内部空間が形成される濃縮室と、前記濃縮室内に縦方向に取り付けられる布又は網と、前記濃縮室の上部に設置され、海水を微粒化させて前記布又は網に噴射する海水噴射装置と、前記海水噴射装置に海水を供給する海水供給管と、前記海水又は濃縮室を加熱する加熱手段とを含むことで海水を濃縮させるものであり、前記濃縮された海水は前記製塩室の海水供給管を通じて前記製塩室の海水噴射装置に供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。 - 前記製塩室には、内部の蒸気を排出させる蒸気排出口が形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩を製造する装置。
