Description
<非接触給電システム10の構成>
図1は、本実施形態に係る非接触給電システム10の概略構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示すII−II線に沿った概略断面図である。
続いて、送電部22・受電部30間での相対位置の調整方法について、図3A〜図3Bを参照しながら説明する。ここでは、X軸方向(車幅方向)における位置調整が既に完了したことを前提とする。
続いて、傾斜角θ1、θ2の設定方法について、図5A及び図5Bを参照しながら説明する。図5Aは、各中心軸C1、C2を一致させた場合における、一次コイル52と二次コイル54の位置関係を示す概略図である。送電面24(一次コイル52)の傾斜角をθ1、受電面34(二次コイル54)の傾斜角をθ2とする。
特に送電面24を傾斜することで、上記した伝送効率以外の別の作用効果が生じる。以下、図6A〜図6Dを参照しながら説明する。
続いて、本実施形態に係る第1及び第2変形例について、図7〜図9Bを参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態と同一の構成については、同じ参照符号を付してその説明を省略する。
図7は、第1変形例に係る非接触給電システム10Aの概略断面図である。非接触給電システム10Aは、図2と同様に基本的には、給電装置14A及び車両16Aから構成される。給電装置14Aは、2つの送電部22、22と、送電部22、22をそれぞれ駆動する駆動回路60を備える点で、給電装置14(図2)と異なる。2つの送電部22、22の傾斜角はいずれもθ1である。
図9Aは、第2変形例に係る車両16Bの概略構成図である。この車両16Bの前部26には二次コイル54が配置されると共に、後部28には二次コイル90が配置されている。二次コイル54の受電面34及び二次コイル90の受電面92はそれぞれ、車両16Bの側面視にて前後方向の外側に向かって上方に傾斜している。以下、二次コイル54、90をこの位置に配置する理由について、図9Bを参照しながら説明する。
なお、この発明は、上述した実施形態及び変形例に限定されるものではなく、この発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲で自由に変更できることは勿論である。

Claims (5)
- 磁界を用いて電力を伝送する送電部を有する給電装置と、前記送電部を介して前記給電装置から前記電力を受ける受電部を有する移動体とを備えるシステムであって、
前記送電部は給電エリア内の所定位置に、前記受電部は前記移動体の中央部にそれぞれ固定配置され、
前記移動体を前記給電エリア内に移動させることで、前記送電部の送電面及び前記受電部の受電面は対向配置され、
前記送電面及び前記受電面のうち少なくとも一方は、前記給電エリア内の地面に対して前記移動体の前後方向に傾斜し、
前記移動体は、少なくとも1つの高圧部品を有する四輪車であり、
前記受電部及び前記高圧部品は、前記前後方向に沿って近接又は密接する位置に並設され、
前記受電面は、前記高圧部品における前記受電部側の一面の法線方向に対して傾斜する
ことを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムであって、
前記移動体が前記給電エリア内に存在する場合、前記前後方向における傾斜角の差分が所定範囲内に収まるように、前記送電面及び前記受電面がそれぞれ傾斜することを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項2記載のシステムであって、
前記所定範囲は、前記電力の伝送効率が低下しない範囲又は漏洩磁界の強度が増加しない範囲であることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項3記載のシステムであって、
前記移動体が前記給電エリア内に存在する場合、前記送電面は前記受電面と平行することを特徴とする非接触給電システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステムであって、
前記高圧部品は、モータ、変速装置、又は蓄電部のうちのいずれかであることを特徴とする非接触給電システム。
