Description
Claims (3)
- 複数個の施術領域に区画された手術領域において施術領域の各々に対して手術を遂行するための手術ツールと、
前記手術ツールが装着されるロボットアームと、
前記ロボットアームを動作させるための駆動部と、を含み、
前記施術領域に対して自動で手術を遂行する自動モードと、前記施術領域に対して施術者と協業して手術を遂行する協業モードとの間で、手術モードを変更する変更部をさらに含み、
前記駆動部は、前記手術モードが前記自動モードの場合に、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが高くなれば前記手術ツールが移動する速度を減少させるように、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが維持されるときには前記手術ツールが移動する速度を維持するように、かつ、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが低くなれば前記手術ツールが移動する速度を増加させるように、前記ロボットアームを動作させるための駆動速度を調節する駆動機構と、前記危険度レベルが高くなり、かつ、前記手術モードが前記自動モードから前記協業モードに変更される場合に、施術者が前記ロボットアームを動作させる過程で作用する負荷を増加させる負荷機構と、
を含むことを特徴とする、手術ロボットシステム。 - 前記手術領域を複数個の施術領域に区画し、区画された施術領域の各々に対して、N個(Nは2より大きい整数)の危険度レベルのうち何れか1つの危険度レベルを設定する危険度レベル設定部をさらに含み、
前記危険度レベル設定部は、前記施術領域の各々が危険物から離隔した距離と、前記施術領域の各々に対して予め設定された距離以内に存在する危険物の危険等級とのうち少なくとも1つを用いて、前記施術領域の各々に対して危険度レベルを設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術ロボットシステム。 - 複数個の施術領域に区画された手術領域において施術領域の各々に対して手術を遂行するための手術ツールと、
前記手術ツールが装着されるロボットアームと、
前記ロボットアームを動作させるための駆動部と、
前記施術領域の各々に対して設定された危険度レベルに基づいて手術経路を設定する手術経路設定部と、
前記施術領域に対して自動で手術を遂行する自動モードと、前記施術領域に対して施術者と協業して手術を遂行する協業モードとの間で、手術モードを変更する変更部を含み、
前記駆動部は、前記手術モードが前記自動モードの場合に、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが高くなれば前記手術ツールが移動する速度を減少させるように、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが維持されるときには前記手術ツールが移動する速度を維持するように、かつ、前記手術ツールが位置する施術領域に対して設定された危険度レベルが低くなれば前記手術ツールが移動する速度を増加させるように、前記ロボットアームを動作させるための駆動速度を調節する駆動機構と、前記危険度レベルが高くなり、かつ、前記手術モードが前記自動モードから前記協業モードに変更される場合に、施術者が前記ロボットアームを動作させる過程で作用する負荷を増加させる負荷機構を含み、
前記手術経路設定部は、危険度レベルの低い施術領域から危険度レベルの高い施術領域に手術が遂行されるように、手術経路を設定することを特徴とする、手術ロボットシステム。
