Claims (9)
- 医療器具用の蒸気滅菌器であって、滅菌室(20)に供給するのに適していて、滅菌流体(1a)を収容するための少なくとも1つの主タンク(31)を有する供給システム(30);前記滅菌室(20)からの廃液(1b)を排出するのに適している排出システム(40);を備える蒸気滅菌器において、前記供給システム(30)の前記滅菌流体(1a)、および、前記排出システム(40)の前記廃液(1b)のうちの少なくとも前記滅菌流体(1a)を引いて濾過して、前記主タンク(31)に導入するのに適している浄化システム(50)を備え、前記浄化システム(50)は、濾過用の清浄手段(51)を備えることを特徴とする、蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 前記浄化システム(50)は、流体が流れるように前記主タンク(31)と前記清浄手段(51)とを接続するのに適している引き込み回路(52)、および流体が流れるように前記清浄手段(51)と前記主タンク(31)とを接続するのに適している放出回路(53)を備える、請求項1に記載の蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 前記浄化システム(50)は、流体が流れるように前記排出システム(40)と前記清浄手段(51)とを接続するのに適している排出システム(40)用引き込み回路(54)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 前記排出システム(40)は、前記廃液(1b)を収容するのに適している放出タンク(41)を備え;前記排出システム(40)用引き込み回路(54)は、流体が流れるように前記放出タンク(41)と前記清浄手段(51)とを接続するのに適している、請求項3に記載の蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 前記浄化システム(50)は、前記清浄手段(51)によって前記滅菌流体(1a)、および、前記廃液(1b)を交互に濾過するのに適しているバルブ(55)を備える、請求項3または4に記載の蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 前記廃液(1b)を清浄するのに適している追加の濾過手段(61)を備える追加の浄化システム(60);流体が流れるように前記排出システム(40)と前記追加の濾過手段(61)とを接続するのに適している追加の濾過手段(61)用引き込み回路(62);および流体が流れるように前記主タンク(31)と前記追加の濾過手段(61)とを接続するのに適している追加の濾過手段(61)用放出回路(63)を備える、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の蒸気滅菌器(1)。
- 滅菌流体(1a)が主タンク(31)から引かれ、滅菌室(20)で滅菌するのに使用される滅菌工程、
廃液(1b)が前記滅菌室(20)から排出される排出工程、および、
前記滅菌流体(1a)および、前記廃液(1b)のうちの少なくとも一方が清浄されて前記主タンク(31)に導入される浄化工程を、含む、医療器具用の滅菌方法であって、
前記浄化工程において、前記滅菌流体(1a)は、前記主タンク(31)から引かれ、浄化され、前記主タンク(31)に再導入される、ことを特徴とする、滅菌方法。 - 前記浄化工程において、前記廃液(1b)は、浄化されたのちに前記主タンク(31)に導入される、請求項7に記載の滅菌方法。
- 前記浄化工程は、滅菌行程とは関係なく、間断なく実施される、請求項7または8に記載の滅菌方法。
