Description

Claims (17)
- ケミカルメカニカルパルプ化プロセスであって、このプロセスは、リファイナーで処理する工程の前処理工程として、
リグノセルロース系材料を繊維化装置に供給すること;
リグノセルロース系材料を繊維化して、繊維束を形成すること;
繊維束を希釈して、湿潤繊維束の凝集物を形成すること;
湿潤繊維束の凝集物を第1の所定の時間だけ貯留すること;
アルカリ性過酸化物及び過酸化物安定化剤を湿潤繊維束の凝集物に添加し、それによってアルカリ性過酸化物で処理された湿潤繊維束の凝集物を形成すること;及び
アルカリ性過酸化物で処理された湿潤繊維束の凝集物を第2の所定の時間だけ貯留塔において貯留すること
を含む工程を有し、
リグノセルロース系材料が繊維化の前に化学的に含浸されないこと、及び繊維束を形成することと、アルカリ性過酸化物で処理された湿潤繊維束の凝集物を第2の所定の時間だけ貯留塔において貯留することとの間でリファイナーが使用されないことを特徴とするプロセス。 - リグノセルロース系材料を繊維化装置に供給する前に、未処理のリグノセルロース系材料を洗浄及び脱水することをさらに含む請求項1に記載のケミカルメカニカルパルプ化プロセス。
