Claims (2)
- ケーシング(10)と、
ケーシング(10)に回転可能にジャーナル軸受された作動ねじ(14)と、
作動ねじ(14)に駆動連結した回転モーター(11)と、
作動ねじ(14)と協動するナット組立体(22)と、
ナット組立体(22)に堅固に接続され且つ作動部片と接続するためにケーシング(10)の外に伸びるスラストロッド(24)と、
作動ねじ(14)の回転でナット組立体(22)を軸方向に動かす一方でケーシング(10)にナット組立体(22)を回転方向にロックするのに有効なロック装置(28−33)と
を有し、
上記ロック装置が、
作動ねじの軸線方向に沿った単一の共通軸線方向列を成してナット組立体(22)に取付けられ、それぞれが作動ねじの径方向外方に向けて伸びる3つ以上のローラースタッド(28−30)
及び、
ケーシング(10)に設けられた軸線方向に沿って伸びるスロット(31)と、
上記スロット(31)の縁部に配置された2本の平行な案内レール(32、33)と
を備え、
また上記ローラースタッド(28−30)が、
プレスユニットの動作中、ナット組立体(22)の回転を阻止するために上記案内レール(32、33)と係合し、
ナット組立体(22)とケーシング(10)との間の回転の遊びを除去するために上記案内レール(32、33)に対して上記ローラースタッド(28−30)にばね偏奇力を印加するようばね要素(36)が設けられるねじ作動型プレスユニットにおいて、
上記3つのローラースタッド(28−30)のうちの、2つのローラースタッド(28,30)の間に配置されたローラースタッド(29)が、一方の案内レール(32)に対して上記ばね要素(36)により偏奇され、
他の2つのローラースタッド(28、30)が、上記ばね要素(36)によって反対側の案内レール(33)に対して偏奇されること
を特徴とするねじ作動型プレスユニット。 - 他の2つのローラースタッド(28、30)の間の中間に位置する上記ローラースタッド(29)が、ナット組立体(22)及び他の2つのローラースタッド(28、30)に対して横方向に移動可能に案内される軸受ブロック(34)に支持され、上記ばね要素(36)がナット組立体(22)の溝(35a、35b)に端部を支持しかつ上記軸受ブロック(34)に対してプレテンションされた板ばねであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレスユニット。
