Claims (8)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
タービン(2)を有し、
軸受ハウジング(4)を介して前記タービン(2)に接続され、かつコンプレッサハウジング(5)を有するコンプレッサ(3)を有し、前記コンプレッサハウジングが、弁座(11)が設けられたオーバーラン空気再循環弁用の弁フランジ(6)を有し、一方の端部(9A)でコンプレッサ入口(7)に開口する接続ダクト(9)を有し、
前記接続ダクト(9)の他方の端部(9B)が開口する弁フランジチャンバ(14)が、前記弁フランジ(6)の弁オリフィス(10)と前記弁座(11)の弁座オリフィス(13)との間に配置され、
前記弁フランジチャンバ(14)にバッファ容積(15)が設けられ、
前記弁フランジチャンバ(14)が、回転対称的に前記弁座オリフィス(13)を取り囲み、前記弁座オリフィス(13)よりも大きな内径を有し、
前記バッファ容積(15)が、局所的に集中した容積拡大部として前記弁フランジ(6)の円周(U)に配置される、
排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記バッファ容積(15)が、前記弁フランジ(6)に取り付けられる容器(16)に配置される請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記容器(16)が前記弁フランジ(6)に一体化される請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記容器(16)が前記弁フランジ(6)に溶接される請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記容器(16)が前記弁フランジ(6)に接着結合される請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記容器(16)が前記弁フランジ(6)にねじ留めされる請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記バッファ容積(15)が約10cm3〜20cm3のサイズを有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記オーバーラン空気再循環弁が、空気圧式に作動されるか又は電気式に作動される弁である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。
