Claims (3)
- 光入射孔を有する保持体と、
前記保持体上に前記光入射孔を覆うように搭載されている散乱部材と、
前記散乱部材上に載置されている波長変換部材と、を有し、
前記波長変換部材は、上面視において前記散乱部材の外縁より外側にまで及んでおり、
前記波長変換部材の前記散乱部材上への載置面は、前記散乱部材の前記保持体上への搭載面に対向する面よりも大きいことを特徴とする波長変換装置。 - 前記散乱部材は、前記保持体上への前記搭載面が前記搭載面に対向する面よりも小さい逆錐台形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波長変換装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、前記散乱部材上への前記載置面が前記載置面に対向する面よりも大きい錐台形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の波長変換装置。
