Claims (4)
- 活性汚泥を含む排水が貯留される処理タンクと、
前記排水に浸漬され、前記排水を濾過する濾過面を有する濾過膜と、
オゾンを含む空気であるオゾン化空気を、前記排水の内部にて前記濾過膜の下方で発生させる気体発生手段と、を備え、
前記濾過膜は、前記濾過面に堆積した前記活性汚泥から成る汚泥層を堆積させつつ、前記排水を濾過し、
前記気体発生手段は、前記濾過膜が整列する方向に沿って長軸を有する管路であり、
前記濾過膜どうしの間隙の下方に配置された前記管路の散気孔から発生した前記オゾン化空気が、汚泥層の表面に接触することを特徴とする排水処理装置。 - 前記濾過膜は、第1濾過膜と、前記第1濾過膜に隣設された第2濾過膜とを有し、
前記オゾン化空気は、前記第1濾過膜の濾過面に堆積した汚泥層と、前記第2濾過膜の濾過面に堆積した汚泥層の、両方に接触しながら上昇することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排水処理装置。 - 前記気体発生手段から発生した前記オゾン化空気の直径を大きくする気体拡大手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記オゾン化空気に前記オゾンが含まれる割合は10ppm以上30ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の排水処理装置。
