Description
絶縁基材層11として、PVDF−TrFE−CFEからなる長さ18mm、幅9mm、厚み10μmのフィルムを準備した。前記フィルムは、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルム上に溶媒に溶かしたフィルム材料を、ドクターブレードなどの方法によって成形した後に、前記PETフィルムから剥離して得ることができる。このフィルムに、ロール・ツー・ロールのスパッタ装置を使用して、金属層12を形成した。金属としては、Alを用い、金属層の厚みは3nm以上5nm以下とした。

Claims (6)
- 絶縁基材層と、
前記絶縁基材層上に形成された金属層と、
前記金属層上に形成された導電性材料からなる導電パターンとを含み、
前記金属層の厚みは10nm以下であって、
前記導電性材料は、有機導電性材料であって、
前記金属層は、絶縁基材層上に断続的に形成され、かつ面内方向の抵抗値は、前記導電パターンの面内方向の抵抗値よりも0.1MΩ以上大きいことを特徴とする導電パターン付絶縁基材。 - 前記金属層の面内方向の抵抗値は、前記絶縁基材層の面内方向の抵抗値との差が100MΩ以内である、請求項1記載の導電パターン付絶縁基材。
- 前記金属層の面内方向の抵抗値は、0.1MΩ〜100MΩの範囲内にある、請求項1または2記載の導電パターン付絶縁基材。
- 前記絶縁基材層は電歪材料である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の導電パターン付絶縁基材。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウム、銅、プラチナ、金、ニッケル、またはこれらの合金からなる群から選択される金属を含んでいる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の導電パターン付絶縁基材。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の導電パターン付絶縁基材を備えるアクチュエータ。
