Claims (5)
- 尿素―水―溶液が排気ガス流(1)内に注入されるSCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニットであって、
前記ポンプユニットのフィルタハウジング(44)の内部空間(50)に位置するフィルタ部材と、
前記フィルタハウジング(44)の凍結補償フォーム(43)内に埋設されるエラストマー膜(42)と
からなり、
前記エラストマー膜(42)と前記凍結補償フォーム(43)は、前記内部空間(50)に収容された前記フィルタ部材の少なくともその一部を囲むよう構成された
SCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニット。 - 前記エラストマー膜(42)は前記凍結補償フォーム(43)とともに、10バールまでの圧力において10%以上の容積減が防止されるに十分な硬質を有するよう構成される、ことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のSCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニット。 - 換気部材(51)が設けられており、当該換気部材は、前記凍結補償フォーム(43)の容積が変化する際に圧力補償を可能にすることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載のSCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニット。 - 前記換気部材(51)は、ガス透過性かつ透水性の分離要素を有することを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載のSCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニット。 - 前記フィルタ部材内部に栓が備えられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のSCR排気ガス後処理装置のポンプユニット。
