Description
ハウジングと、
ハウジングに一方の端部が固定された片持ち梁形状の第1のスイッチコンタクトと、ハウジングに一方の端部が固定された片持ち梁形状を有し、自由端側先端部が、第1のスイッチコンタクトの自由端側先端部に、カードの挿入方向奥側から当接し、カードの挿入によりカードに押されて挿入方向奥側に弾性変形して第1のスイッチコンタクトから離間する、互いの接触部分にそれぞれ力を加えたときに第1のスイッチコンタクトよりも大きなバネ定数を有する第2のスイッチコンタクトとを備えた、カードの挿抜を検出するスイッチとを有し、
上記ハウジングが、カード抜取時に第2のスイッチコンタクトに押されてカード抜取方向に変形してきた第1のスイッチコンタクトが突き当てられて第1のスイッチコンタクトの更なる変形を防止するストッパを有し、
上記第1のスイッチコンタクトは、カードの挿入により第2のスイッチコンタクトがカードに押され挿入方向に弾性変形して第1のスイッチコンタクトから離間すると、外力の作用を免れて弾性変形から解放された状態となることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- カードが挿抜自在に挿入されるカードコネクタであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに一方の端部が固定された片持ち梁形状の第1のスイッチコンタクトと、該ハウジングに一方の端部が固定された片持ち梁形状を有し、自由端側先端部が、該第1のスイッチコンタクトの自由端側先端部に、カードの挿入方向奥側から当接し、カードの挿入により該カードに押されて該挿入方向奥側に弾性変形して該第1のスイッチコンタクトから離間する、互いの接触部分にそれぞれ力を加えたときに該第1のスイッチコンタクトよりも大きなバネ定数を有する第2のスイッチコンタクトとを備えた、カードの挿抜を検出するスイッチとを有し、
前記ハウジングが、カード抜取時に前記第2のスイッチコンタクトに押されてカード抜取方向に変形してきた前記第1のスイッチコンタクトが突き当てられて該第1のスイッチコンタクトの更なる変形を防止するストッパを有し、
前記第1のスイッチコンタクトは、カードの挿入により前記第2のスイッチコンタクトが該カードに押され該挿入方向に弾性変形して該第1のスイッチコンタクトから離間すると、外力の作用を免れて弾性変形から解放された状態となることを特徴とするカードコネクタ。 - 前記第1のスイッチコンタクトが、前記ハウジングを構成する樹脂にインサート成形された金属部材からなり、
前記第2のスイッチコンタクトが、前記ハウジングに圧入された金属部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカードコネクタ。
