Abstract
Description
容量型ポンプは、ロータやプランジャの位置によって一定回転した際の昇圧値が異なる、圧力が所定値に達するまでの時間がかかる、といった特性があり、特に補液ポンプの如きしごき型ポンプにおいては、ローラとステータとの間の隙間調整によって、昇圧値や昇圧時間にばらつきが生じてしまうことから、採取口に対する補液ラインの接続確認を瞬時に且つ精度よく行うことができなかった。また、補液ポンプや複式ポンプは、血液浄化治療中に使用されるものであるため、治療中にテスト工程を行うことができないという問題もあった。
また、テスト工程は、昇圧部内の液圧を上昇させるとともに、圧力測定手段にて所定値以上の圧力が所定時間以内で測定されたか否かを判定する第1判定工程と、昇圧部に対する液圧の上昇を停止させた後、所定時間、圧力測定手段による測定値が保持されたか否かを判定する第2判定工程とを有するので、第1判定工程にて昇圧部が正常に形成されているか否か判定することができ、第2判定工程にて採取口に対する補液ラインの接続が正常に行われているか否か判定することができる。
本実施形態に係る血液浄化装置は、図1に示すように、病院等医療現場における透析室A(治療室)に複数設置された血液透析装置1(透析用監視装置)に適用されるものであり、当該医療現場における透析室Aとは別の場所である機械室Bに設置された透析液供給装置21、溶解装置22及び水処理装置23と共に血液浄化システムを構成している。
先ず、図6に示すように、補液ポンプ13及び他のポンプ類を停止させた状態で、電磁弁V1、V3、V6、V7を開状態とするとともに、他の電磁弁V2、V4、V5、V8、V9を閉状態とすることにより、透析液導入ラインL1が連結される配管L1aの上流側(本実施形態においては透析液供給装置21内)に位置する給液手段Dによる給液圧を昇圧部内に付与させる(S1)。なお、テスト工程時においては、クランプ手段hが閉状態とされている。
本血液浄化装置は、個人用透析装置に適用されるもので、図17に示すように、血液回路2と、ダイアライザ3(血液浄化器)と、血液ポンプ4と、動脈側エアトラップチャンバ5と、静脈側エアトラップチャンバ6と、クランプ手段7と、複式ポンプ8と、濾過フィルタ(9、10)と、採取口11と、除水ポンプ12と、補液ポンプ13(閉塞手段)と、透析液導入ラインL1と、透析液排出ラインL2と、補液ラインL9と、圧力測定手段Pcと、制御手段20とを有して構成されている。なお、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素には同一の符号を付し、それらの詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 動脈側血液回路及び静脈側血液回路を有し、患者の血液を体外循環可能な血液回路と、
該血液回路に接続され、当該血液回路にて体外循環する血液を浄化し得る血液浄化器と、
所定液体を一定圧力で供給可能な給液手段から給液されるとともに、前記血液浄化器に透析液を導入する透析液導入ラインと、
前記血液浄化器から排液を排出する透析液排出ラインと、
一端が前記透析液導入ラインの所定部位に形成された採取口に接続されるとともに、他端が前記動脈側血液回路又は静脈側血液回路に接続された補液ラインと、
該補液ラインに配設され、当該補液ラインの流路を任意に閉塞可能とされるとともに、当該流路を閉塞した状態にて前記採取口を含んだ昇圧部を形成し得る閉塞手段と、
前記昇圧部内の圧力を測定し得る圧力測定手段と、
を具備し、前記昇圧部内の液圧を上昇させて前記圧力測定手段で圧力を測定することにより前記採取口に対する前記補液ラインの接続を確認するためのテスト工程が行われる血液浄化装置において、
前記給液手段からの給液圧により前記昇圧部内の液圧を上昇させて前記テスト工程が行われるものとされ、当該テスト工程は、
前記昇圧部内の液圧を上昇させるとともに、前記圧力測定手段にて所定値以上の圧力が所定時間以内で測定されたか否かを判定する第1判定工程と、
前記昇圧部に対する液圧の上昇を停止させた後、所定時間、前記圧力測定手段による測定値が保持されたか否かを判定する第2判定工程と、
を有することを特徴とする血液浄化装置。 - 前記給液手段からの給液圧は、非容積型ポンプの駆動又は高低差により発生されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の血液浄化装置。
- 前記非容積型ポンプは、遠心ポンプ、軸流ポンプ又は斜流ポンプ等のターボ型ポンプから成ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の血液浄化装置。
- 前記静脈側血液回路には、血液浄化治療時に体外循環する血液の静脈圧を検出し得る静脈圧センサが接続されるとともに、前記テスト工程は、前記第1判定工程にて所定値以上の圧力が所定時間以内で測定されないと判定された場合、前記静脈圧センサの検出値が上昇するか否かを判定する第3判定工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つに記載の血液浄化装置。
- 前記透析液導入ラインは、前記給液手段から清浄水が供給されるとともに、透析液原液が導入されつつ前記清浄水と混合して透析液が作製され、その透析液を前記血液浄化器に導入し得る構成とされ、且つ、電圧を印加した際の導通の有無により清浄水又は透析液の判別が可能とされた導通センサを具備し、当該清浄水が判別された場合、前記透析液導入ライン内の清浄水による洗い流し工程が行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載の血液浄化装置。
- 前記導通センサは、液体の流路を開閉可能な弁手段に設けられ、電圧を印可した際の導通の有無により当該弁手段の開閉状態を検知し得ることを特徴とする請求項5記載の血液浄化装置。
