Claims (4)
- 衛生分野で使用される偏心スクリューポンプ(34)の開放ピン継手(32)であって、該開放ピン継手(32)は、内側及び外側継手ヘッド(10,12)を備え、該継手ヘッド(10,12)のそれぞれは、両端にそれぞれ1個のキャップ(20,22)が設けられたピン(18)が貫通する、少なくとも1つの対称的な孔(14,15,16)を有している開放ピン継手において、
前記内側継手ヘッド(10)の端面(24)には、継手軸(42)の長手方向軸線(30)に対して偏心状に配置された少なくとも2つのチャネル(26,28)が設けられ、該2つのチャネル(26,28)が、駆動軸の長手方向軸線から前記ピン継手の外側に向けて、それぞれ10°〜30°の角度(A)で延在していることを特徴とする開放ピン継手。 - 請求項1に記載の開放ピン継手であって、前記ピン(18)の長さは、キャップ径の少なくとも5%の割合で、前記外側継手ヘッド(12)の外径を越えて突出していることを特徴とする開放ピン継手。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の開放ピン継手であって、前記ピン(18)の断面は、前記継手ヘッド(10,12)における対称的な孔(14,15,16)に比べて小さく、従って該孔(14,15,16)内で可動であることを特徴とする開放ピン継手。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の開放ピン継手であって、前記チャネル(26,28)は、前記内側継手ヘッド(10)及び前記ピン(18)の間における領域に達し、該領域において前記チャネル(26,28)が、前記外側継手ヘッド(12)の両側面に向けて分岐していることを特徴とする開放ピン継手。
