Description
筐体内で送受信回路基板が鉛直方向に配置されており、接続構造は、送受信回路基板に形成された給電端子から給電される導波管によって構成され、導波管は、送受信回路基板からアンテナ部に向かって、送受信回路基板に対して直交するようにして水平方向に延びる円形導波管と、該円形導波管に繋がり鉛直方向に延びる方形導波管と、該方形導波管にさらに繋がり鉛直方向に延びる第2円形導波管とを有することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 筐体に内蔵された送受信回路基板と、電波の送受信を行うアンテナ部と、送受信回路基板とアンテナ部とを接続するための接続構造とを有し、電波によって被測定物のレベルを測定する電波レベル計において、
筐体内で送受信回路基板が鉛直方向に配置されており、接続構造は、送受信回路基板に形成された給電端子から給電される導波管によって構成され、導波管は、送受信回路基板からアンテナ部に向かって、送受信回路基板に対して直交するようにして水平方向に延びる円形導波管と、該円形導波管に繋がり鉛直方向に延びる方形導波管と、該方形導波管にさらに繋がり鉛直方向に延びる第2円形導波管とを有し、
方形導波管と第2円形導波管との境界部分に跨り、導波管内には誘電体が充填され、
方形導波管と第2円形導波管との境界部分において、誘電体の周囲には、送受信回路基板のグランド導体と筐体との絶縁を行う絶縁用誘電体が配置されることを特徴とする電波レベル計。 - 筐体に内蔵された送受信回路基板と、電波の送受信を行うアンテナ部と、送受信回路基板とアンテナ部とを接続するための接続構造とを有し、電波によって被測定物のレベルを測定する電波レベル計において、
筐体内で送受信回路基板が鉛直方向に配置されており、接続構造は、送受信回路基板に形成された給電端子から給電される導波管によって構成され、導波管は、送受信回路基板からアンテナ部に向かって、送受信回路基板に対して直交するようにして水平方向に延びる円形導波管と、該円形導波管に繋がり鉛直方向に延びる方形導波管と、該方形導波管にさらに繋がり鉛直方向に延びる第2円形導波管とを有し、
方形導波管と第2円形導波管との境界部分に跨り、導波管内には誘電体が充填され、
該誘電体の外周の一部に電波吸収材が装着されることを特徴とする電波レベル計。 - 筐体に内蔵された送受信回路基板と、電波の送受信を行うアンテナ部と、送受信回路基板とアンテナ部とを接続するための接続構造とを有し、電波によって被測定物のレベルを測定する電波レベル計において、
筐体内で送受信回路基板が鉛直方向に配置されており、接続構造は、送受信回路基板に形成された給電端子から給電される導波管によって構成され、導波管は、送受信回路基板からアンテナ部に向かって、送受信回路基板に対して直交するようにして水平方向に延びる円形導波管と、該円形導波管に繋がり鉛直方向に延びる方形導波管と、該方形導波管にさらに繋がり鉛直方向に延びる第2円形導波管とを有し、
方形導波管と第2円形導波管との境界部分に跨り、導波管内には誘電体が充填され、
該誘電体は、基端側が断面方形で、先端側が断面円形の誘電体ロッドとして構成され、
送受信回路基板、送受信回路基板のグランド導体、非導電性ケース及び誘電体ロッドがユニットとして筐体内に差し込まれることを特徴とする電波レベル計。 - 前記導波管内に充填される誘電体の方形導波管側端部と第2円形導波管側端部は、それぞれ先端に向かうに従って連続的または段階的に先細り形状となっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の電波レベル計。
