Claims (8)
- 軸方向に向き合う一対の環状体の対向面にボールを収容する半球状のポケットを周方向の複数箇所に有し、この一対の環状体が周方向に重なり合う対称形とされて一体化される樹脂製の玉軸受用保持器であって、
各環状体のポケットの内周面に、保持器内径面から保持器外径面に達する潤滑剤の逃がし部としての凹溝をそれぞれ一対ずつ設けるとともに、環状体の対向面におけるポケット間の合わせ面に、環状体中心から外周に向って放射状に向いて保持器内径面から保持器外径面に達する潤滑剤の逃がし部としての凹溝を設けたことを特徴とする玉軸受用保持器。 - ポケットの内周面に設けられる凹溝は2本であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の玉軸受用保持器。
- 環状体の反合わせ側の端面をフラット形状としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の玉軸受用保持器。
- 保持器材料が、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂、ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂のいずれかを用いたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の玉軸受用保持器。
- 内輪と、外輪と、この内輪と外輪との間に介装されるボールと、このボールを保持する保持器とを備えた玉軸受において、前記保持器に前記請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の玉軸受用保持器を用いたことを特徴とする玉軸受。
- 環状体の反合わせ側の外径部に外径側に延びる外鍔部と反合わせ側の内径部に内径側に延びる内鍔部とを設けるとともに、外鍔部と外輪の内径面との間のクリアランスをBとし、内鍔部と内輪の外径面との間のクリアランスをAとしたときに、B≧Aとしたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の玉軸受。
- 環状体の反合わせ側の外径部に外径側に延びる外鍔部と反合わせ側の内径部に内径側に延びる内鍔部とを設け、外輪の内径面の軸受軸方向外端部を、軸方向内側から軸方向外側に向かって拡径する外輪テーパ面とするとともに、前記外鍔部の外径端を、軸方向内側から軸方向外側に向かって拡径する鍔テーパ面とし、鍔テーパ面と外輪テーパ面との間のクリアランスをBとし、内鍔部と内輪の外径面との間のクリアランスをAとしたときに、B≧Aとしたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の玉軸受。
- トランスミッションに適用されることを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の玉軸受。
