Abstract
Description
本発明は、図1から図5に示すように、前記緩衝ダンパー1の作動流体を収容するハウジング10と、前記ハウジング10に差し込み式で結合されて前記家具ドアの開閉過程で往復移動するロードピン20と、前記ロードピン20の端部に結合されて第1流路32を形成するメインバルブ30と、前記メインバルブ30のガイド棒34にスライド式で結合されて前記ガイド棒34との間に第2流路42を形成するチェックバルブ40を含み、前記メインバルブ30に結合されながら前記作動流体の圧力によって広げられたりリターンして流体の流れを案内するガイダー50と、前記メインバルブ30と前記チェックバルブ40との間に介在しながら前記作動流体の圧力に応じて変形されて、前記第1流路32または前記第2流路42の流れ量を調節する圧力調節器60と、をさらに備えた構成である。
まず、図4の(a)のように、前記ロードピン20に圧が加えられると、前記第1中空部12の作動流体が前記ガイダー50を経て図面上矢印方向に移動するので、前記緩衝手段(B)が流体圧に合わせて作動する。

Claims (4)
- 家具ヒンジ(100)に内蔵されて家具ドアの開閉過程で発生する外部荷重を緩衝して吸収する圧力調節手段を内蔵した家具ヒンジ用可変型緩衝ダンパーであって、
前記緩衝ダンパー(1)の作動流体を収容するハウジング(10)と、
前記ハウジング(10)に差し込み式で結合されて前記家具ドアの開閉過程で往復移動するロードピン(20)と、
前記ロードピン(20)に結合されて第1流路(32)を形成するメインバルブ(30)と、
前記メインバルブ(30)のガイド棒(34)にスライド式で結合されて前記ガイド棒(34)との間に第2流路(42)を形成するチェックバルブ(40)を含み、
前記メインバルブ(30)に結合されながら前記作動流体の圧力によって広げられたりリターンして流体の流れを案内するガイダー(50)と、
前記メインバルブ(30)と前記チェックバルブ(40)との間に介在しながら前記作動流体の圧力に応じて変形されて、前記第1流路(32)を可変する圧力調節器(60)と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする圧力調節手段を内蔵した家具ヒンジ用可変型緩衝ダンパー。 - 前記メインバルブ(30)は、前記第1流路(32)が形成された位置に窪むように形成されて前記圧力調節器(60)の本体一部を収容する半円溝(38)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力調節手段を内蔵した家具ヒンジ用可変型緩衝ダンパー。
- 前記チェックバルブ(40)は、前記第1流路(32)と対向する位置に窪むように形成されて前記圧力調節器(60)の本体一部を収容する半円溝(46)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力調節手段を内蔵した家具ヒンジ用可変型緩衝ダンパー。
- 前記ガイダー(50)は、前記メインバルブ(30)の結合孔(37)に嵌め込み突起(56)を介して結合される本体部(52)と、前記本体部(52)の周面に連結部材(54−5)を介して一体で形成されて流体圧によって広げられたりリターンするスカート部(54)で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力調節手段を内蔵した家具ヒンジ用可変型緩衝ダンパー。
