Claims (1)
- バーナ及びバーナの燃焼で加熱される給湯用の熱交換器を有する給湯器と、給水源からの水を熱交換器の水入口に導く給水管路と、給水管路から分岐され、給水源からの水を給湯端末である湯水混合栓の水入口に導く出水管路と、熱交換器の湯出口に接続され、熱交換器で加熱された湯を湯水混合栓の湯入口に導く出湯管路と、湯水混合栓と並列に出水管路と出湯管路とに接続され、内部を流れる湯の温度が所定温度未満のときに開弁して出水管路と出湯管路とを連通し、内部を流れる湯の温度が所定温度以上のときに閉弁して出水管路と出湯管路との連通を遮断する感温バルブと、給水管路の出水管路の分岐部より下流側部分に並列に接続される給湯器内の循環ポンプと、感温バルブよりも上流側の出湯管路の部分から循環ポンプの入水口に湯を導く戻し管路とを備え、循環ポンプの作動により、熱交換器の湯出口から出湯管路と戻し管路と循環ポンプと給水管路とを介して熱交換器の水入口に戻る第1の循環路に水が循環すると共に、感温バルブの開弁時には、熱交換器の湯出口から出湯管路と感温バルブと出水管路と循環ポンプと給水管路とを介して熱交換器の水入口に戻る第2の循環路にも水が循環するようにした給湯装置において、
給水管路の循環ポンプとの接続部より下流側の部分又は出湯管路の戻し管路との接続部より上流側の部分に介設された給湯器内の流量センサと、給湯器内の制御手段とを備え、
制御手段は、循環ポンプを作動させると共にバーナを燃焼させる即湯運転中に、流量センサの検出流量が感温バルブの閉弁で所定量を下回ったとき、即湯運転を終了する制御を行うように構成されることを特徴とする給湯装置。
