Abstract

The present invention relates with the local water circulation structure and elements on the hot cold water tap valve that prevents unnecessary water waste by spill during hot water using process and water circulation is provided to prevent freezing of the water in the cold water installation pipes and the water in the tap body where the air temperature is in frost conditions.

Description

HOT - COLD WATER TAP VALVE SYSTEM
The present invention is about hot-cold water tap (faucet) valve flow system which is saving water during first waiting time of the hot water warming process.
There is a need for an additional central hot water circulation (pump-pipe) system that consumes electricity and heat energy by continuously working to get hot water from the tap. if there is no centra) hot water circulation system, or if the circulation line does not reach the tap connection, it is necessary to drain unused water until hot water reaches its optimum heat for useage.
In this tap (faucet) valve structures and elements; circulation of water from the hot water source back to the central hot water circulation line and/or to the cold water line in such a way as to provides that the hot water is brought to the tap body without wastage during the first use of the hot water and/or the still water in the cold water installation pipes and the tap body is prevented from freezing.

At ieast one of the tap that mentioned above, it has a selenoid (electric coil) headed (13), a servo-motor headed (14) valve drivers, they are providing to being move and command with electric energy to the three- way valves (15) and to the two way valves-1 ,2 (16a,b) and/or it has a thermostatic headed (12), a flywheel headed (11) valve driver elements that they are providing manual (with hand) move or command drivers.
(Figure 2,3,4,6) At Ieast to one of the tap that mentioned above, it has a electric switch-1,2 (23a, b), that it connected (works on hot water position) belong to the mix disc valve taps water control lever (17), to the flywheel head (11), to the thermostatic head(12), to the selenoid (electric coil) head(13) and/or to the servo-motor head (14), that it sends on/off command to the pump (8) electric motor (9) and/or to the selenoid (electric coil) head (13) (that it belong to the three-way valve (15)) and/or to the servo-motor head (14).
Mentioned the hot-cold water tap has a digital controlled central processing unit (CPU) (24) that it controls the drive elements according to the measurements and to commands, also it has a temperature sensor (thermistor, thermocouple, etc. )(26) for measuring the water temperature, that it converting to a digital signal and sending to the CPU(24).
Also this hot-cold water tap includes a wireless remote control sensor (27) and / or a cable connection remote controller (28) (joint to the CPU (24)) that they provides remote control opening dosing and water temperature control of the tap.
There is a thermometer (20) showing the water temperature on the tap; which is contacted on the tap body (30a, b) is connected; and there is a thermostat
(temperature controlled switch) (21), that it controlling with the command (according to the water temperature) to the pump(8) drives electric motor (9) and / or (belong to the three-way valve (15) and to the two-way valve-2(16b)) to the solenoid (electric bobbin) head(13) and / or to the servo motor head (14);
