Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つの正極、少なくとも一つの負極、前記正極と前記負極との間に位置する少なくとも一つのセパレータ、前記正極に電気的に接続する正極端子、及び前記負極に電気的に接続する負極端子を含む電極群と、
前記電極群を収容する溝、及び前記電極群の一部が前記溝に収容された開口を備え、かつ前記溝を形成する壁は、ケースの一部を形成しかつ前記ケースの底に対して垂直であり、
前記開口の上に延長されて前記電極群を前記溝内に固定し、四角形でありかつ前記電極群が収容された前記溝を密封した板状のフィルム蓋と、
前記ケースに位置し、前記電極群を収容した前記溝から熱を排出するように、前記ケースから外部に向かって延長した放熱部材を含み、
前記放熱部材は、前記電極群の前記溝への収容方向に対して直交し、かつ前記開口の周縁に沿って外部に向かう第1方向に前記ケースから延長した形状の外側端部を形成しており、前記開口に隣接した部分で前記ケースに一体に形成された放熱フランジと、
前記放熱フランジの外側端部に結合されており、前記第1方向に直角をなし、かつ前記溝の底方向に向かう第2方向に延長された放熱板とを含み、
前記放熱フランジには、前記フィルム蓋が付着されたシーリング部が形成され、
前記放熱板は、前記放熱フランジの一部で前記第2方向に折り曲げられた形状をなしており、
前記外側端部に前記放熱板が結合された前記放熱フランジに前記第2方向に延長して設けられかつ前記放熱板と平行に設けられた少なくとも一つの放熱フィンを含む、
2次電池。 - 前記溝内で前記ケースと前記電極群との間に位置する絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記正極端子、前記負極端子と前記ケースとの間に位置する少なくとも一つの絶縁部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記フィルム蓋は、シーリング部材によって前記ケースに付着した、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記フィルム蓋は、金属箔と、前記金属箔の両面に配置するポリマー層とを含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記放熱フランジは、前記正極端子、前記負極端子が挿入される端子溝を備えた、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースの少なくとも一部に、冷却媒体に流通する少なくとも一つの冷却流路が形成された、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースから外部に向かって前記放熱フランジに平行に延長された複数の放熱フィンを含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
