Claims (17)
- 地面に配置された患者用の手術台装置であって、
a.第1の支持部材と、
b.前記第1の支持部材にヒンジで取り付けられ前記患者を方向づけるフレームを形成する第2の支持部材と、
c.前記第1の支持部材に連結する第1のコネクタと、
d.前記第2の支持部材に連結する第2のコネクタと、
e.第1の支柱であって、基部と、当該基部から延在し当該基部に連結する第1の柱とを具える第1の支柱と、
f.第2の支柱であって、基部と、当該基部から延在し当該基部に連結する第2の柱とを具える第2の支柱において、前記第2の柱が前記第2のコネクタに連結される、第2の支柱と、
g.前記第1のコネクタに連結された1の位置決め機構において、近位部分と遠位部分とを有する第1のアームであって、当該第1のアームの近位部分が前記第1の柱に対して軸周りに回転可能であり、前記第1のアームの近位部分が軸周りに回転すると、前記第1のアームの遠位部分が前記第2の柱に向かってまたは離れる方向に移動する第1のアームと、第2のアームであって、当該第2のアームが近位部分と遠位部分とを有し、前記第2のアームの近位部分が前記第1のアームの遠位部分に連結し当該遠位部分に対して軸周りに回転可能であり、前記第2のアームの遠位部分が前記第1のコネクタに回転自在に取り付けられた第2のアームとを具える位置決め機構とを具え、
h.前記第2の支柱の前記第2の柱に連結された前記第2のコネクタが、別の位置決め機構を具え、当該別の位置決め機構がさらに、近位部分と遠位部分とを有する第1のアームであって、前記第1のアームの近位部分が前記第2の柱に対して軸周りに回転可能である第1のアームと、前記第2のアームの近位部分が前記第1のアームの遠位部分に連結し当該遠位部分に対して軸周りに回転可能であり、前記第2のアームの遠位部分が前記第2のコネクタに回転自在に取り付けられた第2のアームとを具え、
i.前記手術台装置が制御部をさらに具え、当該制御部が、前記1の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの近位部分の回転度合いを発信し前記第1の支持部材の回転動作を発動すると同時に、前記別の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの近位部分の回転度合いを発信し前記第2の支持部材の回転動作を発動することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、地面に対する固定位置を取得し、前記固定位置と、選択的に前記第1及び第2の支持部材の動作中に選択的に第1及び第2の支持部材のポイントとの間の距離を実質的に維持することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置がさらに、前記第1の柱に対する前記1の位置決め機構の第1のアームの回転を駆動する第1のモータと、前記1の位置決め機構の第1のアームに対する前記1の位置決め機構の第2のアームの回転を駆動する第2のモータとを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置がさらに、前記第2の柱に対する前記別の位置決め機構の第1のアームの回転を駆動する第3のモータと、前記別の位置決め機構の第1のアームに対する前記別の位置決め機構の第2のアームの回転を駆動する第4のモータとを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置がさらに、患者プラットフォームを具え、前記患者プラットフォームが前記第1及び第2の支持部材の回転動作中に前記フレームに対して摺動可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置がさらに、前記第1及び第2のモータの回転角を決定する1のセンサを具え、当該1のセンサによる前記第1及び第2のモータの回転角の決定が前記制御部に伝達されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置がさらに、前記第1及び第2のモータの回転速度を決定する別のセンサを具え、当該別のセンサによる前記第1及び第2のモータの回転速度の決定が前記制御部に伝達されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、前記1の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの回転度合いを表す信号を生成する手動操作可能なコマンドアクチュエータを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、コンピュータプログラムによって有効になるマイクロプロセッサを具え、前記1の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの近位部分の回転度合いを発動することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、前記1の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの回転度合いを表す信号を生成する手動操作可能なコマンドアクチュエータを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、地面に対する固定位置を取得し、前記固定位置と、選択的に前記第1及び第2の支持部材の動作中に選択的に第1及び第2の支持部材のポイントとの間の距離を実質的に維持することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置がさらに、患者プラットフォームを具え、当該患者プラットフォームが前記第1及び第2の支持部材の回転動作中に前記フレームに対して摺動可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらにコンピュータプログラムによって有効になるマイクロプロセッサを具え、前記1及び別の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの近位部分の回転度合いを発信することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、前記1及び別の位置決め機構の第1及び第2のアームの所望の回転度合いを表す信号を生成する手動操作可能なコマンドアクチュエータを具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項13に記載の装置において、前記制御部がさらに、地面に対する固定位置を取得し、前記固定位置と、選択的に前記第1及び第2の支持部材の動作中に選択的に第1及び第2の支持部材のポイントとの間の距離を維持することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置がさらに、患者プラットフォームを具え、当該患者プラットフォームが前記第1又は第2の支持部材の回転動作中に前記フレームに対して摺動可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置がさらに、前記フレームの側方傾斜を有効にする機構を具えることを特徴とする装置。
