Description
Claims (22)
- 多軸骨固定装置であって、
ヘッド(3)およびシャンク(2)を含む骨固定要素(1)と、
ロッド(100)を前記骨固定要素に結合するために前記ロッドを受け入れるための受入部分(4,4′,4″)とを含み、前記受入部分は、第1の端部(4a)と、対向する第2の端部(4b)と、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部を通って延在する中心軸(C)とを含み、前記多軸骨固定装置はさらに、
前記ロッドを受け入れるためのチャネル(9)および前記ヘッドを受け入れるための収容スペース(11)と、
前記受入部分に配されるとともに圧力を前記ヘッドにかけるよう構成される圧力要素(6,6′,6″)とを含み、
前記圧力要素(6,6′)は、少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′)を含む多軸骨固定装置において、前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)は、前記ヘッドがロックされる前に前記ヘッドに予荷重をかける位置に前記圧力要素(6,6′;6″)を保持するよう、前記受入部分(4,4′;4″)の傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b;15a″,15b″)と協働する自由端部分(69a,69b;69a′,69b′,69a″,69b″)を有することを特徴とする、多軸骨固定装置。 - 多軸骨固定装置であって、
ヘッド(3)およびシャンク(2)を含む骨固定要素(1)と、
ロッド(100)を前記骨固定要素に結合するために前記ロッドを受け入れるための受入部分(4′″)とを含み、前記受入部分は、第1の端部(4a)と、対向する第2の端部(4b)と、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部を通って延在する中心軸(C)とを含み、前記多軸骨固定装置はさらに、
前記ロッドを受け入れるためのチャネル(9)および前記ヘッドを受け入れるための収容スペース(11)と、
前記受入部分に配されるとともに圧力を前記ヘッドにかけるよう構成される圧力要素(6)とを含み、
前記圧力要素(6)は、少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b)を含む多軸骨固定装置において、前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b)は、前記ヘッドがロックされる前に前記ヘッドに予荷重をかける位置に前記圧力要素(6)を保持するよう、前記受入部分(4′″)の突出した縁部(151a,151b)と協働する少なくとも1つの傾斜した表面部分を有する自由端部分(69a,69b)を有することを特徴とする、多軸骨固定装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)は少なくとも1つの直立した弾力のある指部(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)によって形成される、請求項1または2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)は、前記受入部分の前記中心軸(C)に向かって屈曲するよう構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素(6,6′,6″)は、前記少なくとも1つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)上の自由端部分(69a,69b;69a′,69b′,69a″,69b″)に少なくとも1つの傾斜した表面部分を含むとき、前記圧力要素の前記柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)が屈曲した構成で、前記圧力要素の前記傾斜した表面部分と、前記受入部分の対応する傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b;15a″,15b″)または縁部(151a,151b)とは係合する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素(6,6′,6″)が前記ヘッド(3)に向かって動かされる際でも、前記圧力要素(6,6′,6″)の柔軟なセクションの自由端部分(69a,69b;69a′,69b′;69a″,69b″)と、前記受入部分(4,4′,4″)の対応する傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b;15a″,15b″)または縁部とは、係合したままである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 中心軸(C)に対する前記受入部分(4,4′)の傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b)の傾斜角(α)は、前記圧力要素の柔軟なセクションの自由端部分(69a,69b;69a′,69b′,69a″,69b″)と、前記受入部分の傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b)または縁部(151a,151b)との係合によって、前記ヘッドに向かうよう方向付けされた力が前記圧力要素上に生成されるような傾斜角である、請求項1または3から5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記受入部分(15a,15b;32a,32b)の傾斜した表面部分の傾斜角(α)は約70°未満であって、好ましくは約25°である、請求項1または3から7のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記柔軟なセクション(66a,66b′)の傾斜した表面部分の傾斜角は、前記中心軸(C)に対する前記受入部分の傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b)の傾斜角(α)よりも小さいかまたは傾斜角(α)と同じである、請求項2〜8のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記ロッド(100)を間に囲うよう構成される2つの柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′;66a″,66b″)が前記圧力要素(6,6′,6″)上に設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記受入部分(4,4′)は、前記圧力要素(6,6′)を収容するための同軸孔(8)を含み、前記受入部分(4)の傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b)は、前記受入部分の内壁に形成される円錐形に形状決めされた凹部(15)によって与えられている、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記受入部分の傾斜した表面部分(32a,32b)は、前記受入部分(4′)の壁を通って延在するピン(30a,30b)によって与えられている、請求項1または3〜11のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記中心軸(C)に向かうよう方位付けされた前記ピン(30a,30b)の表面(32a,32b)はテーパされている、請求項12に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素の前記柔軟なセクションの自由端部分は、前記受入部分(4″)の傾斜した表面部分(15a″,15b″)と係合する丸くされた縁部(69a″,69b″)を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素の柔軟なセクションの自由端部分は、傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b,15a′,15b′)を含み、前記受入部分(4′″)は、前記傾斜した表面部分と協働する縁部(151a,151b)を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素(6,6′;6″)は、前記受入部分(4,4′)の第1の端部(4a)を通って外れないように固定される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記固定装置は、受入部分(4″)の内壁に設けられ周方向に延在し受入部分(4″)内でモノリシックに形成される停止部(8b)によって外れないように固定される、請求項16に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記ヘッド(3)は、前記収容スペース(11)に収容されるスリーブ状の挿入片(5)に配置されており、前記ヘッドが前記受入部分(4,4′,4″)の第2の端部(4b)にある開口部(12)を通って外れるのを防止する、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記受入部分(4,4′,4″;4′″)に対して前記ヘッドをロックするよう前記圧力要素(6,6′,6″)に直接的または間接的に圧力をかけるよう構成されるロック装置(7)が設けられる、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記スリーブ状の挿入片(5)が、前記収容スペース(11)において回転および旋回するよう構成される、請求項18または19に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記柔軟なセクション(66a,66b;66a′,66b′,66a″,66b″)は、前記圧力要素の、前記ヘッド(3)に面する側とは反対の側上に配置されている、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力要素または前記受入部分のいずれかの傾斜した表面部分(15a,15b;32a,32b;15a″,15b″,69a,69b,69a′,69b′)は、前記圧力要素が前記受入部分内に配される際に、前記受入部分の上端部(4a)により近い上部端部と、前記受入部分の底端部(4b)により近い下部端部とを有し、傾きは、前記上部端部が前記下部端部よりも前記中心軸(C)により近いような傾きである、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
