Description
Claims (10)
- 車輪又は無限軌道ユニット(1A、1B)を有するシャシー(1)と、
少なくとも1つの作業アッセンブリ(4A)を有する作業ユニット(4)と、
少なくとも1つの内燃機関(5A)を有する駆動ユニット(5)と、
前記駆動ユニット(5)から前記車輪又は無限軌道ユニット(1A、1B)に駆動力を伝達し、前記伝達される駆動力を制御できるように設計された第1の動力伝達ライン(I)と、
ギア機構システム(7)を有し、前記駆動ユニット(5)から前記作業ユニット(4)に駆動力を伝達する第2の動力伝達ライン(II)と、
前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)を介して伝達される前記駆動力を制御するための制御装置(16)とを備え、
前記第2の動力伝達ライン(II)の前記ギア機構システム(7)は、駆動軸(10A)及び出力軸(10B)を備えた流体力学的ギア機構(10)を有し、前記駆動軸の回転速度n1及び前記出力軸の回転速度n2間の差を測定するための装置(18、19)が設けられ、
前記制御装置(16)は、前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)を介して伝達される前記駆動力が、前記流体力学的ギア機構の前記駆動軸及び前記出力軸間の前記回転速度差Δ=n1−n2が予め設定された値に一致するように制御されるよう具現化されている、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載の自走式建設機械であって、
前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)は、調整可能な静油圧ギア機構(13、14、15)を有するギア機構システム(6)を備え、前記調整可能な静油圧ギア機構(13、14、15)は、前記第2の動力伝達ライン(II)の前記ギア機構システム(7)の前記流体力学的ギア機構(10)の前記駆動軸及び前記出力軸間の前記回転速度差Δ=n1−n2が予め設定された値に対応するように調整される、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項1又は2記載の自走式建設機械であって、
第1の動作状態及び第2の動作状態を予め設定するための装置(20)が設けられ、前記装置(20)は、前記制御装置(16)が前記第1の動作状態において停止され、前記第2の動作状態で作動されるように具現化される、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自走式建設機械であって、
前記第2の動力伝達ライン(II)の前記ギア機構システム(7)の前記流体力学的ギア機構(10)は、ターボクラッチである、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項2記載の自走式建設機械であって、
前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)の前記ギア機構システム(6)は、送出量が調整可能な少なくとも1つの油圧ポンプ(13)を有し、前記油圧ポンプ(13)は、前記車輪又は無限軌道ユニット(1A、1B)を駆動するための少なくとも1つの油圧モータ(15)に油圧ライン(14)を介して接続される、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自走式建設機械であって、
前記第2の動力伝達ライン(II)の前記ギア機構システム(7)は、摩擦駆動装置(11)を有し、前記摩擦駆動装置の駆動要素(11A)は、前記第2の動力伝達ライン(II)の前記ギア機構システム(7)の前記流体力学的ギア機構(10)の前記出力軸(10B)に接続され、前記摩擦駆動装置の出力要素(11B)は、前記作業アッセンブリ(4A)に接続される、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自走式建設機械であって、
前記作業ユニット(4)の前記作業アッセンブリ(4A)は、破砕ローラである、
ことを特徴とする自走式建設機械。 - 自走式建設機械、特に道路破砕機、道路スタビライザ又は道路再生機を制御するための方法であって、前記建設機械は、
車輪又は無限軌道ユニット(1A、1B)を有するシャシー(1)と、
少なくとも1つの作業アッセンブリ(4A)を有する作業ユニット(4)と、
少なくとも1つの内燃機関(5A)を有する駆動ユニット(5)と、
前記駆動ユニット(5)の駆動力を前記車輪又は無限軌道ユニット(1A、1B)に伝達し、前記伝達される駆動力を制御できるように具現化される第1の動力伝達ライン(I)と、
駆動軸(10A)及び出力軸(10B)を有する流体力学的ギア機構(10)を備えたギア機構システム(7)を有し、前記駆動ユニット(5)の駆動力を前記作業ユニット(4)に伝達する第2の動力伝達ライン(II)とを備え、
前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)によって伝達される前記駆動力が、前記流体力学的ギア機構(10)の前記駆動軸(10A)及び前記出力軸(10B)間の回転速度差Δ=n1−n2が予め設定された値に一致するように制御される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法であって、
前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)は、調整可能な静油圧ギア機構(13、14、15)を有するギア機構システム(6)を備え、前記調整可能な静油圧ギア機構(13、14、15)は、前記流体力学的ギア機構(10)の前記駆動軸(10A)及び前記出力軸(10B)間の前記回転速度差Δ=n1−n2が予め設定された値に一致するように調整される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項8又は9記載の方法であって、
第1の動作状態及び第2の動作状態が設けられ、前記第1の動力伝達ライン(I)によって伝達される前記駆動力の制御は、前記第1の動作状態において停止され、前記第2の動作状態において作動される、
ことを特徴とする方法。
