Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の線状の中実導体および中空導体を、各先端部が1つの面を構成するように配置して、当該面をろうで被覆し、
前記中空導体の中空部へろうが流れ込むことを防止する流れ防止剤が前記中空導体の内面の一部に塗布されていることを特徴とする電機子巻線。 - 前記流れ防止剤は、前記中空導体の内面のうち、前記中空導体の孔端から奥へ一定距離進んだ所まで塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電機子巻線。
- 前記流れ防止剤は、無機材料を含有するとともに、バインダーとしての有機物および水を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電機子巻線。
- 前記流れ防止剤は、ろう付け作業時の昇温過程で水および有機物が蒸発して気化消失し、無機材料が前記中空導体の内面に付着残留するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電機子巻線。
- 前記面をろうで被覆した後さらにセラミック材で溶射により被覆してなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電機子巻線。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の電機子巻線を備えることを特徴とする回転電機。
- 複数の線状の中実導体および中空導体を、各先端部が1つの面を構成するようにクリップ内部に配置する工程と、
前記中空導体の中空部へろうが流れ込むことを防止する流れ防止剤を前記中空導体の内面の一部に塗布する工程と、
前記クリップを加熱して、前記中実導体および前記中空導体の各先端部をろうで被覆する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする電機子巻線の製造方法。 - 前記流れ防止剤を塗布する工程は、前記中空導体の内面のうち、前記中空導体の孔端から奥へ一定距離進んだ所まで塗布する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電機子巻線の製造方法。
- 前記流れ防止剤は、無機材料を含有するとともに、バインダーとしての有機物および水を含有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の電機子巻線の製造方法。
- 前記流れ防止剤は、ろう付け作業時の昇温過程で水および有機物が蒸発して気化消失し、無機材料が前記中空導体の内面に付着残留するものであることを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の電機子巻線の製造方法。
- 前記面をろうで被覆した後さらにセラミック材で溶射により被覆する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の電機子巻線の製造方法。
