Description
しかしながら、実際に実施例に記載されている化合物を導電性高分子溶液に含有させた溶液を用いて作製した固体電解コンデンサは、等価直列抵抗(以下、「ESR」と略記する。)、静電容量、耐電圧に劣る問題があった。
導電性高分子を含有する固体電解質層が、導電性高分子と、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物と、を少なくとも含有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサである。
本発明に用いる導電性高分子は、ドーパント成分をドープした導電性高分子である。導電性高分子に用いるモノマー化合物としては、特に制限されるものではなく、例えば、ピロール類、チオフェン類、アニリン類等を用いることができるが、導電性及び分散安定性に優れる導電性高分子を得ることができ、またこの分散体により形成される導電性皮膜の透明性に優れることから、下記一般式(2)で表される化合物の導電性高分子であることが好ましく挙げられる。
これらの中でも、ポリスチレンスルホン酸が特に好ましく挙げられる。
バインダ樹脂としては、熱硬化性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂が好ましく挙げられる。具体的には、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート等のポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド等のポリイミド、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン等のフッ素樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニル等のビニル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、キシレン樹脂、ポリウレタン、フェノール系樹脂、ポリエーテル、アクリル系樹脂及びこれらの共重合体等が挙げられる。
固体電解コンデンサの製造方法を以下に詳細に説明する。
本発明の固体電解コンデンサは、上記に記載した方法で作製してもよいし、該方法以外の方法で作製してもよい。
本発明の固体電解コンデンサは、誘電体酸化皮膜を有する弁作用金属上に、導電性高分子を含有する固体電解質層を有する固体電解コンデンサにおいて、導電性高分子を含有する固体電解質層が、導電性高分子と、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物と、を少なくとも含有しているものである。

14.2部の3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンと、42.6部のポリスチレンスルホン酸(質量平均分子量:75,000)を2000mlのイオン交換水に溶かした溶液とを20℃で混合して混合溶液を得た。
得られた混合溶液を20℃に保ち、撹拌しながら、200mlのイオン交換水に溶かした29.6部の過硫酸アンモニウムと8.0部の硫酸第二鉄の酸化触媒溶液とを添加し、3時間撹拌して反応させた。
陽極に用いる弁作用金属として、表面をエッチングし、粗面化処理を施したエッチドアルミニウム箔(縦2.0mm×横5.0mm)を用い、該アルミニウム箔に、アジピン酸アンモニウム水溶液中、電圧90Vで化成処理を行って誘電体層を形成した陽極にリード端子を取り付け、また、アルミニウム箔からなる陰極にリード端子を取り付け、それらのリード端子付き陽極と陰極とをセパレータを介して対向させることにより、コンデンサ素子を作製した。
参考例1に記載の2−アセトアミドメタノールを、表1に対応する添加剤に代えた以外は、参考例1と同様にして固体電解コンデンサを作製した。

実施例1、2、参考例1〜7及び比較例1〜5より得られた固体電解コンデンサについて、100kHzでの等価直列抵抗(ESR)及び静電容量を測定した。測定結果を表1に示す。
実施例1、2、参考例1〜7及び比較例1〜5より得られた固体電解コンデンサについて、耐電圧を測定した。固体電解コンデンサにおける耐電圧の測定方法は、両電極に直流電圧を印加し、0.2V/秒の速度で昇圧させて、電流値が0.5mAになったときの電圧を測定し、その電圧を耐電圧とした。測定結果を表1に示す。

Claims (4)
- 1−(2―ヒドロキシメチル)−2−ピロリドン又は1−(2―ヒドロキシエチル)−2−ピロリドンと、導電性高分子と、分散媒と、を少なくとも含有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ製造用導電性高分子分散液。
- 固体電解コンデンサ製造用導電性高分子分散液における1−(2―ヒドロキシメチル)−2−ピロリドン又は1−(2―ヒドロキシエチル)−2−ピロリドンの含有量が、0.01〜20質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ製造用導電性高分子分散液。
- 誘電体酸化皮膜を有する弁作用金属を請求項1又は2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ製造用導電性高分子分散液に浸漬し引き上げた後、又は、誘電体酸化皮膜を有する弁作用金属に請求項1又は2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ製造用導電性高分子分散液を塗布した後、乾燥して、誘電体酸化皮膜を有する弁作用金属上に導電性高分子を含有する固体電解質層を形成させる工程を有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
