Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for an automatic cleaning machine.
In hotels, restaurants, food factories, hospitals, etc., automatic washing machines such as automatic dishwashers are used to wash used dishes or cooking utensils from the standpoint of improving work efficiency and hygiene management. In general households, automatic washing machines have been rapidly spreading in recent years.
In an automatic washer, cleaning water diluted or dissolved in a detergent composition with water is supplied to a washing tub to wash dishes, etc., and the washing water accumulated in the washing tub is collected by a pump equipped with an impeller inside. It is discharged from the washing tank. The impeller used for the automatic cleaning machine is usually made of gunmetal (copper and tin alloy), but there is a problem that this gunmetal impeller tends to corrode, and the detergent composition can reduce impeller corrosion. Is required.
Patent Document 1 discloses a detergent composition for an automatic dishwasher containing polyoxypropylene having an average degree of condensation of oxypropylene groups of 30 to 90. Patent Document 2 includes 10 to 60% by weight of an alkali metal salt of silicic acid, 0.05 to 5% by weight of a corrosion inhibitor such as tolyltriazole, 8 to 60% by weight of a chelating agent such as nitrilotriacetic acid, and A cleaning composition containing 1 to 10% by weight of a chlorine agent is described.
Although the cleaning composition for automatic dishwashers described in Patent Document 1 is described as exhibiting excellent cleaning power against dirt such as oil, reduction of corrosion of gunmetal impellers has not been studied. . The cleaning composition of Patent Document 2 is excellent in detergency and anticorrosion ability, but there is room for improvement to further improve the corrosion reduction effect of the gunmetal impeller.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning composition for an automatic cleaning machine that can reduce corrosion of a gunmetal impeller of the automatic cleaning machine. To do.
The cleaning composition for an automatic cleaning machine of the present invention comprises (a) 0.01 to 10% by mass of an antifoaming agent and (b) 0.01 to 5% by mass of a corrosion inhibitor. It is at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkylene oxide adduct of a polyhydric alcohol represented by the following general formula (1) and a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether represented by the following general formula (2). And
