方法の第3ステップの間、第1の主面及び/又は第2の主面に機能的なコーティングを適用する。

この光学素子は、本発明に係る方法を用いることによって得られる。

光学素子の端面とを備え、
光学素子を製造するための装置は、光学素子の形成の間、第1の主面、第2の主面及び光学素子の端面が関連する限り、光学素子に最終的な3次元形状を与えることを意図している。
方法の第1ステップの間、第1の主面と、第2の主面と光学素子の端面とが関係している限り、光学素子に最終の3次元形状を与えるために光学素子を形成し、
方法の第2ステップの間、光学素子の前記面の内の少なくとも一つを洗浄し、
方法の第3ステップの間、第1の主面及び/又は第2の主面に機能的なコーティングを適用する。
Claims (12)
- 自動車において使用される格納可能なシートをもたらす光学素子(1)の製造方法であって、
前記光学素子(1)は拡張形状を有し、
前記光学素子(1)は、
前記拡張形状に対応する第1主面と、
前記第1主面に対向する第2主面と、
前記第1主面と前記第2主面とを接続する端面であって、曲率を有する凸状の端面と
を含み、
前記製造方法は、
第1ステップの間、前記第1主面、前記第2主面及び前記端面がなす3次元形状を前記光学素子(1)に与えるように前記光学素子(1)を形成することと、
第2ステップの間、前記第1主面、前記第2主面及び前記端面の少なくとも一つを洗浄することと、
第3ステップの間、前記第1主面及び/又は前記第2主面に機能コーティングを適用することと
を含み、
前記光学素子(1)は前記3次元形状を、前記光学素子(1)の最終状態の形状として有する製造方法。 - 前記第3ステップは、真空蒸着を使用する機能コーティングの適用処理を使用することを含む請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1ステップの間、前記光学素子(1)の形成は、熱成形処理を使用して行なわれる請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1ステップの間、前記光学素子(1)の形成は、射出成形処理を使用して行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1ステップの間、前記光学素子(1)の形成は、打ち抜き処理を使用して行なわれる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記端面は、前記第1ステップの後に、さらに変更されることがない請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記光学素子(1)は、プラスチック材料製の素子である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記プラスチック材料製の素子は、熱可塑性材料製の素子である請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1ステップの間、前記光学素子(1)の形成は、押し出し処理を使用して行なわれる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記機能コーティングは、反射又は非反射特性を有する請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2ステップ及び前記第3ステップは、液浸装置における液浸によって行われる請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記端面の粗度は、2.24μm〜6.3μmのRa値を有する請求項6に記載の製造方法。
