一般式(1)〜(3)で表される化合物の少なくともいずれか1つを構成単位とするポリフェニレンがさらに反応したポリマーからなることを特徴とする。
フェニレン誘導体を重合して、一般式(1)〜(3)で表される化合物の少なくともいずれか1つを構成単位とするポリフェニレンを生成する工程と、
前記ポリフェニレンを反応させて、光電変換材料であるポリマーを生成する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 請求項1記載の光電変換材料の製造方法において、
一般式(1)〜(3)中のR1〜R8は、炭素数が1〜20個のアルコキシ基であることを特徴とする光電変換材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、
前記ポリマーを、重合度が2〜150であるものとして得ることを特徴とする光電変換材料の製造方法。
