- 請求項1記載の光電変換材料において、
一般式(1)、(2)中のR1〜R10の全てがアルコキシ基であることを特徴とする光電変換材料。 - 請求項2記載の光電変換材料において、
一般式(1)、(2)中のR1〜R10は、炭素数が1〜20個のアルコキシ基であることを特徴とする光電変換材料。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光電変換材料において、
前記ポリマーの重合度が2〜1000であることを特徴とする光電変換材料。 - 請求項4記載の光電変換材料において、
前記ポリマーの分子量が1500〜4000000であることを特徴とする光電変換材料。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の光電変換材料を用いた有機薄膜太陽電池であって、
前記光電変換材料を電子供与体として含む光電変換層を具備することを特徴とする有機薄膜太陽電池。 - 請求項6記載の有機薄膜太陽電池において、
前記電子供与体と、該電子供与体から供与された電子を受容する電子受容体とが混在する光電変換層を具備するバルクへテロ接合構造をなすことを特徴とする有機薄膜太陽電池。
