Claims (14)
- 第1液体濃縮物と第2液体濃縮物から個人用液体濃縮物を容器内で生成する方法であって、
前記第1液体濃縮物と第2液体濃縮物との非均質な濃縮物混合物を前記容器内に準備する工程と、
圧縮空気ラインを介して前記濃縮物ラインに連結された前記圧縮空気源からの圧縮空気を、前記容器の下部領域に配置された濃縮物取り入れロッドの先端から、前記容器内の非均質な濃縮物混合物に導入し、前記容器に導入された圧縮空気によって前記第1液体濃縮物と第2液体濃縮物を完全に混合する工程と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記第1液体濃縮物は、重炭酸塩透析用の標準濃縮物である、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項2に記載の方法において、
前記標準濃縮物は、酸性濃縮物および重炭酸塩透析用塩基性濃縮物の一方である、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記第2液体濃縮物は、カリウム、ナトリウム、カルシウム、燐酸マグネシウム、ブドウ糖、ビタミン、アミノ酸、及び/又は微量元素を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記圧縮空気源はコンプレッサである、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、
前記圧縮空気ラインと前記濃縮物ラインとの間に配置された弁と開放することによって、前記圧縮空気が前記濃縮物取り入れロッドに供給される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記圧縮空気が前記濃縮物に5秒乃至60秒の期間に亘って導入される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記圧縮空気が毎分1L乃至10Lの量で供給される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記圧縮空気が、前記濃縮物ラインに導入される前に滅菌濾過される、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 透析治療用の個人用液体濃縮物を生成するデバイスであって
第1液体濃縮物と第2液体濃縮物と含む非均質な濃縮物混合物を収容する容器と、
透析装置に接続された濃縮物ラインと、
該濃縮物ラインに基端が連結され、先端が前記容器の下部領域に配置された濃縮物取り入れロッドと、
一つの圧縮空気源と、
前記圧縮空気源を前記濃縮物ラインに接続し前記圧縮空気源からの圧縮空気を前記濃縮ライン介して前記濃縮物取り入れロッドの先端に供給する圧縮空気ラインと、
を備え、
前記容器の下部領域に配置された前記濃縮物取り入れロッドの先端から前記容器内の濃縮物混合物に前記圧縮空気を導入して前記不均質な濃縮物混合物を攪拌して完全に混合することで個人用濃縮物を製造する、
ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項10に記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記圧縮空気ラインに滅菌フィルタが設けられている、ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項10又は11に記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記圧縮空気ラインと前記濃縮物ラインとの間に弁が配置されている、ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項12に記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記弁は遮断弁又は逆止弁である、ことを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項10乃至13のうちのいずれか一項に記載のデバイスにおいて、
請求項1に記載の方法を実施するのに必要な全ての制御プロセス及び調節プロセスをトリガーする制御ユニットを有する、ことを特徴とするデバイス。
