Description
実施例1では、(TiCrAlSi)(ON)膜[組成は、原子比で(Ti0.2Cr0.2Al0.55Si0.05)(O0.8N0.2)]を用い、表面粗さを変えて、この表面粗さが耐凝着性に及ぼす影響を検討した。
各サンプルのRaは、触針式の表面粗さ計を使用し、下記表2(Raを求めるときのカットオフ値及び評価長さの標準値を表示)の示されたJIS B 0601に規定の方法で測定した。
軟質金属の代表としてZnを選択し、板材(ブランク)として合金化溶融亜鉛めっき(GA)鋼板(亜鉛めっき鋼板)を用意した。そして、上記コーティングがあり・なしの曲げ金型を用い、下記温度に加熱した上記亜鉛めっき鋼板に対して曲げ加工を下記成形条件で行って、加工後の金型表面におけるZn凝着状況を調査した。
(成形条件)
板材(ブランク):合金化溶融亜鉛めっき(GA)鋼板
(引張強度590MPa、板厚1.4mm)
金型材料:SKD61材+表1に示す各種コーティング
押しつけ荷重:1t
加熱温度:760℃
(評価基準)
金型の前記板材との接触面において、Znが凝着している面積の割合(%)を求め、次の0〜5段階で評価した。
4:30%超60%以下
3:20%超30%以下
2:10%超20%以下
1:0%超10%以下
0:ほとんど凝着無し
実施例2では、表面粗さがほぼ一定で成分組成の異なる種々のコーティングを形成し、皮膜の成分組成が耐凝着性に及ぼす影響を検討した。
Claims (5)
- TiCrAlまたはTiCrAlSiである金属元素と、O(酸素)のみ、もしくはOとCおよび/またはNとからなる非金属元素とで構成され、全非金属元素に占める前記Oの割合が原子比で0.35以上であり、かつ、
表面の算術平均粗さ(Ra)が0.5μm以上3μm以下であることを特徴とする軟質金属に対する耐凝着性に優れた硬質皮膜。 - 前記金属元素の一部が、全金属元素に占める割合(原子比)で0.2を上限として、周期表の第4族元素、第5族元素、第6族元素、Si、Y、およびBよりなる群から選択される1種以上の元素で置換されている請求項1に記載の硬質皮膜。
- 請求項1または2に記載の硬質皮膜が表面に被覆されていることを特徴とする金型。
- 少なくとも表面がZn、Sn、AlおよびMgよりなる群から選択される1種以上の軟質金属で構成された被成形材の、熱間成形に用いられる請求項3に記載の金型。
- 亜鉛めっき鋼板の熱間成形に用いられる請求項3に記載の金型。
