Claims (17)
- 高分子膜と、

前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が有機堆積材料と無機の堆積材料とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が多層の有機堆積材料の間に交互配置された多層の無機の堆積材料を含む
高温絶縁組立体。 - 前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が1ナノメートル〜10,000ナノメートルの範囲にある厚さを有する請求項1記載の絶縁組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が10ナノメートル〜1000ナノメートルの範囲にある厚さを有する請求項2記載の絶縁組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が前記高分子膜の両側に配置される請求項1記載の絶縁組立体。
- 前記セラミック被膜が2つ以上の層を含む請求項1記載の絶縁組立体。
- 前記層が異なる材料および異なる厚さのうちの少なくとも1つである請求項5記載の絶縁組立体。
- 前記高分子膜がポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリイミド、芳香族ポリイミド、芳香族ポリエステル、
ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリビニリデンフルオライド、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む請求項1記載の絶縁組立体。 - 前記無機の堆積材料が窒化シリコン、酸化シリコン、オキシ窒化シリコン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、IIA、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIA、VIIA、IBおよびIIB族の元素の組み合わせ、IIIB、IVBおよびVB族の金属、希土類金属、ならびにそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む請求項1記載の絶縁組立体。

- 前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が窒化シリコン、酸化シリコン、オキシ窒化シリコン、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、炭化シリコン、IIA、IIIA、IVA、VA、VIA、VIIA、IBおよびIIB族の元素の組み合わせ、IIIB、IVBおよびVB族の金属、希土類金属、ならびにそれらの任意の組み合わせを含むグループの中からの1つまたは複数を含む請求項10記載の電気機械。
- 前記高分子膜がポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリイミド、芳香族ポリイミド、芳香族ポリエステル、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリビニリデンフルオライド、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む請求項10記載の電気機械。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセラミック被膜が前記高分子膜の両側に配置される請求項10記載の電気機械。
