Abstract
Description
本発明は、自在継手用の継手ヨークと該継手ヨークを備えた自在継手に関し、前記継手ヨークは回転軸線を中心として回転駆動可能であって、第1の軸受孔を備えた第1のヨークアームと、第2の軸受孔を備えた第2のヨークアームと、を有していて、前記第1の軸受孔と前記第2の軸受孔とは、継手中心において前記回転軸線に直角に交わる軸受軸線を中心に配置されており、前記ヨークアームは、前記回転軸線に対して半径方向に外側部分と、該外側部分に隣接する内側部分とを有しており、前記ヨークアームの壁厚さは、前記回転軸線に対して直交しかつ前記継手中心を通る平面にある前記軸受軸線に対して半径方向で、前記外側部分において前記内側部分よりも減じられている。

- 自在継手(2)用の継手ヨーク(7,107)であって、該継手ヨーク(7,107)は回転軸線(X)を中心として回転駆動可能であって、
第1の軸受孔(13,113)を備えた第1のヨークアーム(11,111)と、
第2の軸受孔(14,114)を備えた第2のヨークアーム(12,112)と、を有していて、
前記第1の軸受孔(13,113)と前記第2の軸受孔(14,114)とは、継手中心(M)において前記回転軸線(X)に直角に交わる軸受軸線(Y)を中心に配置されており、
前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)は、前記回転軸線(X)に対して半径方向で外側部分(A)と、該外側部分(A)に隣接する内側部分(B)とを有しており、
前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)の壁厚さ(d1)は、前記回転軸線(X)に対して直交しかつ前記継手中心(M)を通る平面にある前記軸受軸線(Y)に対して半径方向で、前記外側部分(A)において前記内側部分(B)よりも減じられている、自在継手(2)用の継手ヨーク(7,107)において、
各ヨークアーム(11,12)は、前記各軸受孔(13,14)の両側に配置された少なくとも2つの凹部(33,33’,34,34’)を有していて、
これら凹部(33,33’,34,34’)は少なくとも部分的に前記回転軸線(X)に対して平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、自在継手(2)用の継手ヨーク(7,107)。 - 前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)の壁厚さ(d1)は、前記回転軸線(X)に対して直交しかつ前記継手中心(M)を通る平面にある前記軸受軸線(Y)に対して半径方向で、前記外側部分(A)において、前記回転軸線(X)と前記軸受軸線(Y)とを含む平面で前記回転軸線(X)に対して半径方向に配置された、前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)の自由端部の領域における外側部分よりも減じられている、請求項1記載の継手ヨーク。
- 前記外側部分(A)は、前記軸受孔(13,14,113,114)の外側端部から前記回転軸線(X)への方向にそれぞれ延在している、請求項1又は2記載の継手ヨーク。
- 前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)の前記壁厚さ(d1)は、前記軸受孔(13,14,113,114)の周りの円周の大部分にわたって減じられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨーク。
- 前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)は、前記回転軸線(X)に関して外側に凹部(33,33’,34,34’,133,133’,134,134’,136,136’)を有しており、前記凹部は、前記軸受孔(13,14,113,114)の前記外側部分の長手方向に沿って延在している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨーク。
- 前記継手ヨーク(7,107)はベース部分(10,110)を有していて、該ベース部分(10,110)からは前記ヨークアーム(11,12,111,112)が互いに平行に突出していて、
前記継手ヨーク(7,107)はそれぞれ前記軸受軸線(Y)と前記ベース部分(10,110)との間に、前記軸受軸線(Y)の周りに少なくとも部分的に延在する第3の凹部(136,136’)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨーク。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨーク(7,107)を備えた自在継手(2)であって、前記継手ヨーク(7,107)は、十字部材(30)を介して別の継手ヨーク(5)に連結接続されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨーク(7,107)を備えた自在継手(2)。
- 前記別の継手ヨーク(5)は、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の継手ヨークである、請求項7記載の自在継手。
