Description
Claims (10)
- 硫酸硝酸アンモニウムの固体粒子を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
反応器内で硫酸硝酸アンモニウムおよび硫酸アンモニウムを含むスラリー溶融物を形成するステップと、
スラリー溶融物を加熱固定子の筒状流路へ通すステップと、
スラリー溶融物をずり減粘状態に維持するように、加熱固定子の筒状流路内のスラリー溶融物を連続的に揺動するステップと、
スラリー溶融物の一部を加熱固定子の筒状流路から反応器へ戻すステップと、
スラリー溶融物の一部を、加熱固定子の筒状流路の一部であって、加熱固定子の底部に位置した流路に通すステップと、
流路の上を滑る移動グリッド穴を経てスラリー溶融物の一部を押し出すステップと、を有し、移動グリッド穴は液滴を形成する寸法であり、
前記方法は、広がる液滴を冷却して硫酸硝酸アンモニウムの固体粒子を形成するステップを含み、
前記方法は、スラリー溶融物を178℃から210℃の間の温度に維持するための温度制御を含み、
液滴が220から280の寸法ガイドナンバー(SGN)を満たす硫酸硝酸アンモニウムの固体粒子に形成される、
硫酸硝酸アンモニウムの固体粒子を製造する方法。 - 前記移動グリッド穴は、最大の粒子寸法において300マイクロメートル以下の固体粒子の自由通過を可能にする寸法である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 連続的に揺動するステップは、スラリー溶融物を加熱固定子の筒状流路内の回転多重刀パドルで揺動するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スラリー溶融物が、60から80重量%の間の液体硫酸硝酸アンモニウムおよび40から20重量%の間の固体硫酸アンモニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 硫酸アンモニウムが、最大寸法において300マイクロメートル未満の固体粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スラリー溶融物の形成が、
反応器内で硫酸アンモニウムおよび硝酸アンモニウムを混合して、混合物を形成するステップと、
硫酸アンモニウムを溶融するのに十分な温度に混合物を加熱するステップと、
混合物を揺動するステップと
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 混合物が、ずり減粘状態下で液体を維持するために反応器内で揺動される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 反応器が、180℃から200℃の間の温度に加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応器が、大気圧で運転される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱固定子内の圧力が0.8MPa未満に維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
