Description
Claims (12)
- 噴射弁(10)用の弁アセンブリ(14)において、
中央の長手方向軸線(L)を有する弁ボディ(20)であって、流体入口部分(26)と、流体出口部分(28)とを備えるキャビティ(24)を有する、弁ボディ(20)と、
前記キャビティ(24)内で軸方向に可動な弁ニードル(22)であって、閉鎖位置において前記流体出口部分(28)を通る流体の流れを阻止しかつ別の位置において前記流体出口部分(28)を通る流体の流れを解放する、弁ニードル(22)と、
該弁ニードル(22)を作動させるために作動可能な電磁アクチュエータユニット(16)であって、可動子(38)を有し、該可動子(38)は、前記キャビティ(24)において軸方向に可動であり、かつ本体(40)と、液圧式ダンパ(42)とを有し、
該液圧式ダンパ(42)は、前記本体(40)に固定して結合されており、かつ前記本体(40)に面した内面(43)を有し、前記可動子(38)及び前記弁ニードル(22)が前記長手方向軸線(L)方向で互いに分離可能となるように、前記内面(43)は、前記弁ニードル(22)と接触するように配置されており、
前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、第1の開口(44)と、少なくとも1つの第2の開口(45)とを有し、前記弁ニードル(22)は、前記第1の開口(44)を貫通しており、前記第2の開口(45)は、前記流体入口部分(26)から前記流体出口部分(28)への流体通路を提供しており、
前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、前記長手方向軸線(L)の方向に方向付けられた側面(49)を有し、該側面(49)は、完全に前記本体(40)と接触している、電磁アクチュエータユニット(16)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、噴射弁(10)用の弁アセンブリ(14)。 - 前記可動子(38)の前記本体(40)は、凹所(48)を有し、前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、前記凹所(48)に配置されている、請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、完全に前記可動子(38)の前記本体(40)内に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、前記側面(49)において前記本体(40)に溶接されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、前記長手方向軸線に対して垂直な部分を有し、該部分は、前記内面(43)と、第1の開口(44)及び第2の開口(45)とを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 可動子ばね(46)を備え、該可動子ばね(46)は、前記本体(40)内に、軸方向で前記本体(40)と前記弁ニードルとの間に配置されており、前記可動子ばね(46)は、前記弁ニードル(22)を前記液圧式ダンパ(42)の前記内面(43)と接触させるために前記弁ニードル(22)に作用する力を提供するように設計されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記本体(40)は、前記長手方向軸線(L)に沿って液圧接続通路(50)を有し、該液圧接続通路(50)は、突出部(51)を有し、前記可動子ばね(38)は、一方の端部において前記突出部(51)に接続されている、請求項6記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記本体(40)は、外側案内面(53)を有し、該外側案内面(53)は、前記弁ボディ(20)と接触している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記液圧式ダンパ(42)は、溶接された結合部によって前記本体(40)に固定して接続されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弁ニードル(22)は、中実体として形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弁ニードル(22)は、前記液圧式ダンパ(42)と機械的に相互作用するための突出部(23)を有し、前記弁ニードル(22)の前記突出部(23)と、前記液圧式ダンパ(42)の前記内面(43)との重なり合う領域は、前記長手方向軸線(L)に面した内側輪郭と、前記長手方向軸線(L)とは反対側の外側輪郭とによって画成されており、前記外側輪郭によって包囲された領域部分の面積は、前記内側輪郭によって包囲された領域部分の面積の少なくとも3倍である値を有する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の弁アセンブリ(14)を備える燃焼機関の燃焼室用の噴射弁(10)。
