Claims (6)
- 液晶層と、
前記液晶層を挟持するための少なくとも二つの隣接する駆動電極板と、
を含み、
各駆動電極板は、
平面を有する透明基板と、
前記透明基板の平面の上に形成される配線層と、
厚さは20nm〜25nmであり、前記配線層を被覆する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の上に形成される電極層と、
前記絶縁層の内部に位置し、前記電極層及び前記配線層に接続される少なくとも一つの導電柱と、
前記液晶層に接触する配向層と、
を含み、
前記電極層は、前記配向層と前記絶縁層との間に位置し、
少なくとも一つの主駆動電極板である前記駆動電極板の電極層は、少なくとも二つの環状電極を含み、
前記少なくとも二つの環状電極のうちの一方の環状電極が他方の環状電極を囲繞し、
各環状電極は、同じ幾何学的中心を有し、
前記主駆動電極板の前記配線層は、n個環状電極及びn個配線を含み、
各環状電極のそれぞれは、n個配線のうちの一つの前記配線に独立的に接続され、
各配線は、各環状電極の幾何学的中心を中心として等角で配置され、
隣接する二つの配線同士間の夾角θは360/n度であり、
ここで、nは正整数であり、且つ4以上であることを特徴とする液晶レンズ。 - 各駆動電極板の前記配向層の厚さは35nm〜40nmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶レンズ。
- 隣接する二つの前記環状電極のピッチは0.1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶レンズ。
- 光線の伝送経路に位置する二つの液晶レンズを含み、
各液晶レンズは、
液晶層と、
前記液晶層を挟持するための少なくとも二つの隣接する駆動電極板と、
を含み、
各駆動電極板は、
平面を有する透明基板と、
前記透明基板の平面の上に形成される配線層と、
厚さは20nm〜25nmであり、前記配線層を被覆する絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の上に形成される電極層と、
前記絶縁層の内部に位置し、前記電極層及び前記配線層に接続される少なくとも一つの導電柱と、
前記液晶層に接触する配向層と、
を含み、
前記電極層は、前記配向層と前記絶縁層との間に位置し、
少なくとも一つの主駆動電極板である前記駆動電極板の電極層は、少なくとも二つの環状電極を含み、
前記少なくとも二つの環状電極のうちの一方の環状電極が他方の環状電極を囲繞し、
各環状電極は、同じ幾何学的中心を有し、
前記主駆動電極板の前記配線層は、n個環状電極及びn個配線を含み、
各環状電極のそれぞれは、n個配線のうちの一つの前記配線に独立的に接続され、
各配線は、各環状電極の幾何学的中心を中心として等角で配置され、
隣接する二つの配線同士間の夾角θは360/n度であり、
ここで、nは正整数であり、且つ4以上であることを特徴とする液晶レンズモジュール。 - 各駆動電極板の前記配向層の厚さは35nm〜40nmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶レンズモジュール。
- 隣接する二つの前記環状電極のピッチは0.1mmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液晶レンズモジュール。
