Claims (7)
- シリンダヘッド(4)から燃料噴射弁(2)を絶縁する役目を果たす絶縁部材(3)であって、組付状態のときに前記燃料噴射弁(2)のハウジング(5)を包囲する役目を果たす本体(6)を有しており、前記本体(6)には前記シリンダヘッド(4)で支持をする役目を果たすシリンダ側の載置領域(7)と前記燃料噴射弁(2)を支持する役目を果たすバルブ側の支持領域(8)とが構成されている、そのような絶縁部材において、
前記本体(6)の前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)だけが少なくとも部分的に閉じたリング(20)の形態で構成されており、前記本体(6)は、前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)の前記閉じたリング(20)によって相互に結合された、円周にわたって配分されたセグメント(15〜18)を有しており、
前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)の前記閉じたリング(20)は、円周にわたって配分された前記セグメント(15〜18)の間に、半径方向外側に向かって延びる湾出部(28)を有していることを特徴とする絶縁部材。 - 前記本体(6)は前記バルブ側の支持領域(8)と前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)の間で前記燃料噴射弁(2)を支持するときに圧縮の負荷を受けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の絶縁部材。
- 前記本体(6)は前記本体(6)の前記セグメント(15〜18)の間に設けられた切欠き(21〜23)を有しており、前記本体(6)の前記切欠き(21〜23)は部分的に前記本体(6)の前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)に延びており、それにより前記本体(6)の前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)は部分的にのみ閉じたリング(20)の形態で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の絶縁部材。
- 前記閉じたリング(20)の前記湾出部(28)は前記本体(6)の前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)へ部分的に延びる前記切欠き(21〜23)を橋渡ししていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の絶縁部材。
- 前記シリンダ側の載置領域(7)の前記閉じたリング(20)は前記シリンダヘッド(4)のための少なくとも実質的に平坦なシリンダ側の載置領域(7)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁部材。
- 前記バルブ側の支持領域(8)の少なくとも1つのセグメント(18)には組付状態のときに紛失保全部を形成するために前記燃料噴射弁(2)の前記ハウジング(5)と協働作用する保全部材(32)が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁部材。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射設備のための役目を果たす構造体(1)において、少なくとも1つの燃料噴射弁(2)と、請求項1から6項のいずれか1項に記載の絶縁部材(3)とを有しており、前記燃料噴射弁(2)は組付状態のときに前記絶縁部材(3)を介して前記内燃機関のシリンダヘッド(4)に支持可能である構造体。
