Description
Claims (5)
- 缶;
前記缶の内部に収容され、正極タブと負極タブが形成される電極組立体;
前記缶の開放された上端を密封するキャッププレート;および
前記缶と前記キャッププレートとの間に備えられ、前記正極タブのための正極タブホール、前記負極タブのための負極タブホール及び注液含浸のための注液含浸ホールが形成される上部絶縁体を含み、
前記正極タブホール、前記負極タブホール及び前記注液含浸ホールはそれぞれ、前記上部絶縁体の長さ方向へ延長して前記上部絶縁体を幅方向に均分する線(a)、または前記上部絶縁体の幅方向へ延長して前記上部絶縁体を長さ方向に均分する線(b)のうち少なくとも1つ以上に対して対称をなすように形成され、
前記負極タブホールは、前記上部絶縁体を貫通しながら前記上部絶縁体の中央に形成され、前記注液含浸ホールは前記負極タブホールを挟んで前記上部絶縁体の長さ方向へ両側に複数個が形成され、前記正極タブホールは、注液含浸ホールを挟んで前記上部絶縁体の幅方向へ両側に一つ以上が形成されることを特徴とする二次電池の構造。 - 前記正極タブホール、前記負極タブホール及び前記注液含浸ホールは、前記上部絶縁体の長さ、または幅方向へ延長して前記上部絶縁体を厚み方向に均分する線(c)に対しても対称をなすように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池の構造。
- 前記正極タブホールは、前記上部絶縁体の幅方向に開放されるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池の構造。
- 前記正極タブホールには、正極タブホールを仕上げる切開部材が形成され、
前記切開部材は、一部が正極タブホールに切開可能に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2項記載の二次電池の構造。 - 前記負極タブホールは角型で形成され、
前記注液含浸ホールは、円形または楕円形で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池の構造。
