Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 서로 다른 두 전극 및 이들 두 전극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터가 적층되어 권취된 전극조립체; 상기 전극조립체가 수용되는 캔; 및 상기 캔의 개방된 상부와 결합되는 캡조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 전극조립체와 상기 캡조립체 사이에 이 둘을 절연하는 절연케이스가 설치되며, 상기 절연케이스의 상면에 상기 절연케이스의 원료를 주입한 자리가 남아 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연케이스는 저부를 형성하는 플레이트와 상기 플레이트의 가장자리에서 상방으로 신장된 측벽부를 구비하며, 상기 원료주입자리는 상기 플레이트의 상면에 남아 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원료주입자리에 상기 원료의 일부가 돌출된 채 응고된 버(burr)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 플레이트의 하면은 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 플레이트와 상기 측벽부의 바깥면이 이루는 각이 둔각인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 캔의 내벽은, 상부 내벽의 둘레보다 하부 내벽의 둘레가 길도록 역단차져 있고, 상기 절연케이스의 상기 측벽부 상면의 수직 상방에 상기 캔 내벽의 역단차진 부분이 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 전극조립체를 제조하고, 상기 전극조립체를 캔에 수납하며, 상기 전극조립체 위에 절연케이스를 위치시키고, 상기 캔의 개방된 상부에 캡조립체를 결합하는 이차전지 제조방법에 있어서,상기 절연케이스는 저부를 형성하는 플레이트와 상기 플레이트에서 일 방향으로 신장된 측벽부를 구비하도록 사출성형하되, 상기 측벽부가 형성될 쪽에서 상기 절연케이스의 원료를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 제조방법.
