Claims (5)
- 圧縮機から導入される燃焼空気に気体燃料を混合して燃焼し、生成した燃焼ガスをガスタービンに供給するガスタービン燃焼器であって、
燃焼空気と気体燃料とを燃焼して燃焼ガスを生成する内筒と、該内筒を収納した外筒と、該外筒の上流に位置するエンドカバーと、該エンドカバーに固定され内筒内部に設置されるバーナとを備え、
前記バーナが、気体燃料を噴射するための複数の気体燃料噴孔と、前記複数の気体燃料噴孔に気体燃料を分配するためのマニホールドと、前記バーナを前記エンドカバーに固定するためのバーナフランジと、前記マニホールドと前記バーナフランジとを接続するバーナボディとを有し、
前記エンドカバーと前記バーナフランジ、前記バーナボディの内部に気体燃料が流下する気体燃料流路が設けられ、該気体燃料流路が前記マニホールドと連絡するように構成され、
前記バーナフランジの内部に第二のマニホールドが設けられ、前記第二のマニホールドと前記マニホールドとを連絡するように前記気体燃料流路がバーナボディに設けられ、
前記エンドカバー内部に第三のマニホールドが設けられ、前記バーナフランジに設けた前記第二のマニホールドと連絡するように前記気体燃料流路が設けられていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記エンドカバーと前記バーナフランジとの間に、気体燃料が外部に漏れるのを防止するためのシール部品が設けられていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記マニホールドと前記第二のマニホールドとを連絡する前記気体燃料流路、または前記第二のマニホールドと前記エンドカバーに設けた前記第三のマニホールドとを連絡する前記気体燃料流路のうち、少なくともいずれか一方が、前記バーナの周方向に複数設けられていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記第二のマニホールドまたは前記第三のマニホールドのうち、少なくともいずれか一方が、燃料が流入する入口と燃料が流出する出口が前記バーナの周方向に対向する位置に配置されていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記ガスタービン燃焼器の軸中心上流部に位置し、前記エンドカバーを介して前記バーナに固定され、液体燃料を前記内筒内部に噴射するための液体燃料ノズルが配置されたことを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。
