Claims (10)
- 封着材料を焼結させた封着材料層を備える封着材料層付きガラス基板において、
封着材料が少なくとも無機粉末を含み、
無機粉末がガラス粉末と耐火性フィラーを含み、
ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、下記酸化物換算のモル%表示でBi 2 O 3 20〜60%、B 2 O 3 10〜35%、ZnO 5〜17.5%、CuO+Fe 2 O 3 12.5〜30%を含有し、
無機粉末中の耐火性フィラーの含有量が10〜35体積%であり、
封着材料層の表面粗さRMSが1.0μm未満であり、
且つ封着材料層の平均厚みが10μm未満であることを特徴とする封着材料層付きガラス基板。 - 封着材料層の表面粗さRaが0.5μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 封着材料層の平均厚みが0.1〜5.5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 封着材料層の表面が未研磨であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 耐火性フィラーの平均粒径D50が5μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 耐火性フィラーの最大粒径D99が10μm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 耐火性フィラーが、コーディエライト、ジルコン、酸化錫、酸化ニオブ、リン酸ジルコニウム系セラミック、NbZr(PO4)3から選ばれる一種又は二種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 有機ELデバイスの封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- レーザー封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
- 不活性雰囲気におけるレーザー封着に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の封着材料層付きガラス基板。
