Claims (7)
- 高温ガスの流れに曝される外側表面(34)と、冷却流に曝される内側表面(36)とを有し、前記内側表面(36)が少なくとも1つの内部空間を定めている基材(32)と、
前記基材(32)の前記内側表面(36)に形成され、冷却空気流を受け入れる冷却供給入口(42)の1つ以上のペア、前記基材(32)の前記外側表面(34)に形成され、冷却空気流を排出する冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペア、ならびに前記基材(32)を貫いて前記冷却供給入口(42)および冷却供給出口(44)の各々の間を延びており、前記冷却供給入口(42)から前記冷却供給出口(44)への冷却空気流の通過を可能にする冷却流チャネル(40)と
を備え、
前記冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペアのうちの各ペアが、相補的な複合角度αおよびβを有するように構成され、α1およびα2が、前記基材(32)の前記外側および内側表面(34、36)に対して測定される前記冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペアのうちの各ペアから排出される冷却流の噴射角度成分であり、β1およびβ2が、外部の高温ガスの流れの方向に対して整列したz軸に対する前記外側表面(34)に沿った平面における前記冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペアのうちの各ペアから排出される冷却流の複合斜め角度成分であり、該斜め角度成分β1およびβ2が同じ符号であり、
前記冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペアのうちの各ペアが、上流側の供給出口(60)および下流側の供給出口(62)を含み、
前記上流側及び下流側の冷却供給出口(60、62)の各々が等しい孔径を有し、
前記下流側の供給出口(62)が、前記上流側の供給出口(60)から下流方向(X)に前記孔径のおおむね2個分の間隔をあけて設けられ、上流側の供給出口(60)から前記z軸方向に前記孔径のおおむね1個分の間隔をあけて設けられる、高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。 - 前記冷却流チャネル(40)の各々が、前記外側表面(34)から前記内側表面(36)まで延びている請求項1に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
- 前記冷却供給出口(44)の1つ以上のペアのうちの各ペアが、前記上流側の供給出口(60)が前記下流側の供給出口(62)を保護するように構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
- 前記斜め角度成分β1およびβ2が、−90°〜90°の範囲にある請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
- 前記斜め角度成分β1およびβ2が、同じである請求項4に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
- 前記噴射角度成分α1およびα2が、前記内側表面(36)または前記外側表面(34)の一方に対して10°〜90°の範囲にある請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
- 前記斜め角度成分β1およびβ2が、−45°〜45°の範囲にあり、前記噴射角度成分α1およびα2が、前記内側表面(36)または前記外側表面(34)の一方に対して25°〜45°の範囲にある請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の高温ガス経路構成部品(30)。
