Description
i)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として80〜95質量%の、脂肪族及び芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族ジヒドロキシ化合物を基礎とする生分解性ポリエステル;
ii)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として5〜20質量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエート;
iii)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として10〜25質量%の炭酸カルシウム;
iv)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として3〜15質量%の滑石;
v)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0〜30質量%のポリ乳酸及び/又は澱粉;
vi)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0〜2質量%の2−(4,6−ビス−ビフェニル−4−イル−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−5−(2−エチル−(n)−ヘキシルオキシ)フェノール
を含有する生分解性ポリエステルフィルムに関する。
i)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として80〜95質量%、有利には85〜95質量%の、脂肪族及び/又は芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族ジヒドロキシ化合物を基礎とする生分解性ポリエステル;
ii)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として5〜20質量%、有利には5〜15質量%のポリヒドロキシアルカノエート;
iii)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として10〜25質量%、有利には10〜20質量%、特に有利には15〜20質量%の炭酸カルシウム;
iv)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として3〜15質量%、有利には5〜10質量%、特に有利には5〜8質量%の滑石;
v)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0〜30質量%、有利には3〜15質量%、特に有利には5〜10質量%のポリ乳酸及び/又は澱粉;
vi)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0〜2質量%、有利には0.1〜1.5質量%、特に有利には0.5〜1.2質量%の2−(4,6−ビス−ビフェニル−4−イル−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−5−(2−エチル−(n)−ヘキシルオキシ)フェノール
を含有する生分解性ポリエステルフィルムを開発した。
A)以下のa1)とa2)より成る酸成分:
a1)少なくとも1種の脂肪族ジカルボン酸又はエステルを形成するその誘導体又はその混合物30〜99モル%;
a2)少なくとも1種の芳香族ジカルボン酸又はエステルを形成するその誘導体又はその混合物1〜70モル%及び
B)酸成分Aを基準として、少なくとも1種のC2〜C12−アルカンジオールから選択されるジオール成分B又はその混合物98〜102モル%
並びに
C)成分A及びBを基準として、以下のc1)〜c3):
c1)エステル又はアミドを形成可能な少なくとも3個の基を有する化合物;
c2)ジイソシアネート若しくはポリイソシアネート;
c3)ジエポキシド若しくはポリエポキシド
から選択される成分C)又はc1)〜c3)より成る混合物0.01〜3質量%を含有するポリエステルである。
ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−4−ヒドロキシブチレートは、殊にMetabolix社より公知である。それらはMirel(R)の商品名で販売される。
ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエートは、P&G社又はカネカ社より公知である。ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエートは、通例、成分iiを基準として1〜20モル%、好ましくは3〜15モル%の3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエート含分を有する。殊に有利なのは、10〜13モル%の3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエート含分である。ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエートは、本発明によるポリエステルフィルムにとって特に有利である。成分i)、並びに場合によりiii、iv及びviとの組合せにおいて、それらは非常に引裂伝播抵抗性の透明なフィルムを提供する。
− 0.5〜30ml/10分、殊に2〜9ml/10分のメルトボリュームレート(ISO 1133に従った190℃及び2.16kg荷重で測定したMVR);
− 240℃を下回る融点;
− 55℃を上回る転移点(Tg);
− 1000ppm未満の含水量;
− 0.3%未満のモノマー含有率(ラクチド);
− 80000ダルトンを上回る分子量。
農業用品は、通例、風雨、殊に太陽光に曝されている。現場での規定される可使時間を保証するために、それらは安定化されなければならない。特に効果的であると判明したのは、この場合、成分vi)である。
この混合範囲におけるフィルムは、卓越した機械的特性(非常に高い引張強度、引張歪(Dehnungen)、引裂伝播抵抗)と、同時に非常に高い透明度によって特徴付けられる。
引張試験を、所定の厚みにおける矩形のフィルムストリップについて、湿度50%及び23℃の標準雰囲気下でISO 527−3に従って実施した。弾性係数を1mm/分の速度で測定し、残りのデータは125mm/分の延伸速度で測定した。

製造規程1(例1〜5並びに比較例6及び8):
例1〜5並びに比較例6及び8について、表1に挙げた量を、Werner & Pfleiderer MC−26タイプの押出機で150℃のゾーン温度及び最大187℃の溶融温度(Massetemperatur)(ダイプレートにおいて押出物のサンプリングにより測定)にてコンパウンド化した。成分i−1、ii−1、iii−2、v−1及びvii−1を、冷間供給(Coldfeed)によりゾーン0に計量供給した。成分iii−1及びiv−1を、ゾーン4にサイドフィーダにより計量供給し、そして取り込まれた空気は真空ベントによってゾーン3の後方で除去する。
比較例7について、表1に挙げた量を、Werner & Pfleiderer ZSK−30タイプの押出機で150℃のゾーン温度及び最大185℃の溶融温度(ダイプレートにおいて押出物のサンプリングにより測定)にてコンパウンド化した。成分i−1、iii−2、及びvii−1を、冷間供給によりゾーン0に計量供給し、ii−1を、ゾーン5にサイドフィーダにより添加した。
インフレートフィルム装置を、溝付き供給ゾーンと、剪断部及び混合部を有する3ゾーンスクリューが備わった45mmのスクリューを有する25Dの長さの押出機により運転した。供給ゾーンは、最大流量時に冷水で冷却した。ゾーン温度は、溶融温度が170〜190℃となるように選択した。ダイ温度は、165〜185℃であった。ダイ径は75mmで、ギャップ幅は0.8mmであった。3.5:1のブロー比により、412mmのフィルムバブルの折り径(Liegebreite)が生じた。

- 以下の成分i)〜vi):
i)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として80〜95質量%の、脂肪族及び芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族ジヒドロキシ化合物を基礎とする生分解性ポリエステル;
ii)成分i〜iiの全質量を基準として5〜20質量%の、ポリ−4−ヒドロキシブチレート、ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート、ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−コバレレート、ポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−コヘキサノエートおよびポリ−3−ヒドロキシブチレート−コオクタノエートから成る群から選択されるポリヒドロキシアルカノエート;
iii)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として10〜25質量%の炭酸カルシウム;
iv)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として3〜15質量%の滑石;

vi)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0〜2質量%の2−(4,6−ビス−ビフェニル−4−イル−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−5−(2−エチル−(n)−ヘキシルオキシ)フェノール
を含有する生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。 - 前記生分解性ポリエステル(成分i)が、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、ポリブチレンセバケートテレフタレート(PBSeT)、ポリブチレンアゼレートテレフタレート(PBAzT)及びポリブチレンスクシネートテレフタレート(PBST)から成る群から選択されている、請求項1記載の生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 前記ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(成分ii)がポリ(3−ヒドロキシブチレート−co−3−ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)である、請求項1又は2記載の生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。
- v)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として5〜30質量%のポリ乳酸及び/又は澱粉を含有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。
- vi)成分i〜viの全質量を基準として0.1〜1.5質量%の2−(4,6−ビス−ビフェニル−4−イル−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル)−5−(2−エチル−(n)−ヘキシルオキシ)フェノールを含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。
- 10〜25マイクロメートルの層厚を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の生分解性ポリエステルフィルム。
- ショッピングバッグ、コンポストバッグ、又は有機ごみ用容器の内側に敷く袋を製造するための、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のポリエステルフィルムの使用。
- マルチフィルム、カバーフィルム、サイロフィルム、フィルムストリップ、織物、フリース材、クリップ、テキスタイル、撚糸、網具、ラッピング材、重包装袋及び植木鉢から成る群から選択される農業用品を製造するための、請求項5記載のポリエステルフィルムの使用。
- 2:1〜6:1のブロー比によって特徴付けられるインフレーションフィルム成形法によって、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のポリエステルフィルムを製造する方法。
