Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの工具受容部(9)と該工具受容部(9)に固定するために設置された少なくとも2つの工具ヘッド(3,5,15,17,18,27,34,40,43)とを備えた工具交換担持体を含み、該工具交換担持体が、リボルバ本体(12)に対し相対回転可能に配置され且つ前記工具受容部(9)を有しているリボルバ回転ユニット(2)を備えた工具リボルバ(1)であり、前記少なくとも2つの工具ヘッドのうちの少なくとも1つの工具ヘッドが、工作物(11)を電磁線で照射するために適した、工具光学ユニット(23)を備える光学工具ヘッド(3,15,17,18)であり、前記工具交換担持体を貫通するように電磁線を搬送する電磁線搬送手段が設けられ、該電磁線搬送手段が、前記リボルバ回転ユニット(2)に配置されて前記電磁線(7)を前記工具受容部(9)のうちの少なくとも1つの工具受容部の方向に方向づける中央の光学ユニット(8,37)を含み、前記少なくとも2つの工具受容部(9)のうちの少なくとも1つの工具受容部が前記電磁線(7)を透過させる、工具システムにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記光学工具ヘッド(3,15,17,18)の前記工具光学ユニット(23)が、前記電磁線を転向させるために用いられること、
前記電磁線(7)が、前記リボルバ本体(12)の中心縦軸線に対し間隔をもって該リボルバ本体(12)を貫通するように案内されていること、
前記中央の光学ユニット(8,37)が花冠状またはリング状に構成されていること、
を特徴とする工具システム。 - 前記工具光学ユニット(23)を遠隔制御して位置調整をコントロールする手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工具システム。
- 前記電磁線搬送手段が、前記工具交換担持体を貫通して延在している少なくとも1つの光通路(6)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工具システム。
- 前記電磁線搬送手段が少なくとも1つの光誘導ファイバーまたは光誘導ファイバー束を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 前記中央の光学ユニット(8,37)が前記リボルバ本体(12)に相対回転不能に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 前記中央の光学ユニット(8,37)が前記リボルバ回転ユニット(2)に相対回転不能に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 媒体を前記工具受容部(9)のうちの少なくとも1つの工具受容部に供給するための手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 前記工具受容部(9)のうちの少なくとも1つの工具受容部に固定して設置される少なくとも1つの切削工具ヘッド(5,27,40,43)、溶接処理に適した少なくとも1つの溶接工具ヘッド、および/または、材料を供給するために設けられる少なくとも1つの材料供給ヘッド(34)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 前記工具受容部(9)に、少なくとも2つの工具ヘッド(3,5,15,17,18,27,34,40,43)が同じ工作物(11)を同時に加工するように互いに隣接して配置され、配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8でのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記光学工具ヘッド(3,15,17,18)が、交換可能であり、且つ規格化された前記工具受容部(9)に係合するために設けられる工具ホールダ(21)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の工具システム。
