Claims (8)
- 集束されたレーザービームを用いて材料粉末を位置選択的に凝固させて結合された領域とすることにより、ワークピースを加工するための及び/又は成形体を製造するための機械(1)用の光学モジュール(2)であって、
前記光学モジュール(2)を前記機械(1)に取り外し可能に取り付けるための手段を有するハウジング(8)と、
前記ハウジング(8)内に又は前記ハウジング(8)上に配置された多数の光学部品(4,14)であって、前記レーザービームをコリメートさせるための光学部品(4)及び前記レーザービームを集束させるための光学部品(14)を含む、多数の光学部品(4,14)と、
多数のコリメーション光学系(4)を有するコリメーション光学系チェンジャーと、
集束光学系(14)を有する交換可能な集束モジュール(13)と、
を含み、
前記集束モジュール(13)は、前記光学モジュール(2)の前記ハウジング(8)内に配置された対応する受容部(11)に嵌り込む少なくとも2つの締め付けボルト(16)を備え、前記受容部(11)は、油圧による、空気圧による、又は、バネによって張力を付与された機構を備え、
前記光学モジュール(2)は、自動的に交換可能な粉末ノズル(15)を更に備え、
前記粉末ノズル(15)は、前記光学モジュール(2)の前記ハウジング(8)内に配置された対応する受容部(11)に嵌り込む少なくとも2つの締め付けボルト(16)を有するフランジ(15a)を備え、前記受容部(11)は、油圧による、空気圧による、又は、バネによって張力を付与された機構を備え、
前記集束モジュール(13)のための実質的に円筒状の凹部が、前記集束モジュール(13)の下端が前記粉末ノズル(15)の前記凹部の内部に位置するように、前記フランジ(15a)の内部に形成されており、
前記集束モジュール(13)及び前記粉末ノズル(15)は、互いに対して及び前記光学モジュール(2)の前記レーザービームに対して同軸的に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする光学モジュール(2)。 - 前記光学モジュール(2)は、前記多数の光学部品(4,14)の温度を測定するための手段を備える、請求項1に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- 前記光学モジュール(2)は、前記レーザービームを監視するためのカメラを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- 前記光学モジュール(2)は、前記レーザービームを位置決めするための少なくとも2つの偏向ミラー(6,7)を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- 前記光学モジュール(2)は、プロセスガス用の配管を接続するための手段を備える、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- 前記光学モジュール(2)は、液体の冷却媒体のための供給配管及び排出配管を接続するための手段を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- 前記光学モジュール(2)は、レーザービームを供給するための光ファイバーを接続するための手段を備える、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の光学モジュール(2)。
- レーザービームを用いて材料粉末を位置選択的に凝固させて結合された領域とすることにより、ワークピースを加工するための及び/又は成形体を製造するための機械(1)であって、前記機械は、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の光学モジュール(2)を備えることを特徴とする機械(1)。
