Description
まず、図1に基づいて、第一実施形態に係る変速機の暖機装置20Aが搭載される車両の駆動系、及び排気系から説明する。
以下、図5,6に基づいて、本発明の第二実施形態に係る変速機の暖機装置20Bを説明する。本発明の第二実施形態は、エンジン10の冷却水回路とは別個の流体回路を設けて変速機16の暖機を促進させるものである。第一実施形態と同一の機能を有する構成要素については同一の符号を用い、それらの詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (4)
- エンジン始動時に、変速機の潤滑油を加熱するための変速機の暖機装置であって、
前記変速機に供給される潤滑油を冷却する潤滑油冷却部と、
前記エンジンの排気通路に設けられ、該排気通路を流れる排気と前記エンジンの冷却水との間で熱交換を行う第1の熱交換流路と、
前記潤滑油冷却部の少なくとも一部に設けられ、該潤滑油冷却部内の潤滑油と前記冷却水との間で熱交換を行う第2の熱交換流路と、
前記第1の熱交換流路の流体出口部と前記第2の熱交換流路の流体入口部とを接続する第1の流体流路と、
前記前記エンジンのシリンダブロック内に形成されるシリンダブロック内流路と、前記第2の熱交換流路の流体出口部と前記シリンダブロック内流路の冷却水入口部を接続する接続用冷却水流路と、前記シリンダブロック内流路の出口部と前記第1の熱交換流路の流体入口部とを接続する下流側冷却水流路とからなる第2の流体流路と、
前記接続用冷却水流路に設けられて冷却水を圧送するポンプと、
前記下流側冷却水流路の上流側と前記第1の流体流路の下流側とを接続すると共にラジエータを有するラジエータ用流路と、
前記ラジエータよりも上流側と下流側との前記ラジエータ用流路を連通するバイパス流路と、
前記バイパス流路と前記ラジエータ用流路との分岐部に接続され、冷却水温が暖機完了となる第1温度以上になると開弁して、冷却水の流路をバイパス流路からラジエータ用流路に切り替えるラジエータ側のサーモスタットと、
前記ラジエータ用流路と前記下流側冷却水流路との分岐部に設けられ、前記シリンダブロック内流路からの冷却水を前記下流側冷却水流路に流通させ、冷却水温が前記第1温度より低い第2温度以上になると開弁して、冷却水の流路を、前記下流側冷却水流路から前記ラジエータ用流路に切り替える潤滑油加熱用のサーモスタットと、
を備えることを特徴とする変速機の暖機装置。 - 前記第1の熱交換流路よりも排気上流側の排気通路から分岐して形成された分岐排気通路と、前記排気通路と前記分岐排気通路との分岐部に設けられて排気の流路を切り替える流路切替バルブと、をさらに備え、
前記流路切替バルブは、前記第1の熱交換流路で昇温された流体の温度が流体の沸騰を防ぐ所定の上限閾値以下の時は、排気の流路を前記第1の熱交換流路が設けられた排気通路にする一方、前記第1の熱交換流路で昇温された流体の温度が前記上限閾値よりも高くなると、排気の流路を前記分岐排気通路に切り替える請求項1に記載の変速機の暖機装置。 - 前記第1温度が87℃で、前記第2温度が65℃である請求項1又は2に記載の変速機の暖機装置。
- 前記排気通路に排気を浄化する排気浄化触媒が設けられ、前記第1の熱交換流路は該排気浄化触媒よりも排気下流側の排気通路に設けられる請求項1から3の何れかに記載の変速機の暖機装置。
