Description
Claims (11)
- 自動車(1)用の超音波センサ構成(2)であって、バンパー(3)と、その間をエンジンへの冷却空気が流れる薄層を有するラジエータグリル(4)と、超音波信号を発信および/または受信する膜(11)を各々含む少なくとも1個の第1および1個の第2の超音波センサ(5、6)とを含み、
前記第1の超音波センサ(5)は、前記膜(11)が前記バンパー(3)を介して超音波信号を発信および/または受信するように、前記バンパー(3)の裏側に配置されており、
前記第2の超音波センサ(6)は、非搭載状態において前記第1の超音波センサ(5)と同一の共振周波数を有し、外部に露出するように前記ラジエータグリル(4)の前記薄層上に配置され、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)により発信される超音波信号の周波数と前記第1の超音波センサ(5)により発信される超音波信号の周波数とを同一の周波数とする離調手段(7、9)を有することを特徴とする超音波センサ構成(2)。 - 前記離調手段(7、9)が、前記第2の超音波センサ(5、6)を離調すべく前記第2の超音波センサ(6)の前記膜(11)の前面(10)に接触して配置された円盤状の離調要素(9)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)が前記膜(11)の前面(10)接着されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)がプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)が前記バンパー(3)と同一材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調要素(9)が、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)の前記膜(11)に接触している領域において前記バンパー(3)と厚さが同一であることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記超音波センサ構成(2)が、セラミックから形成されていて前記第2の超音波センサ(6)のポット状の前記膜(11)に周囲に配置された環状補強要素(21)を含み、前記離調要素(9)が前記第2の超音波センサ(6)の前記膜(11)の前面(22)および前記補強要素(21)の前面(10)の両方に接触すべく配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記離調手段(7、9)が、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)を離調すべく前記センサ(6)を励起周波数とは異なる共振周波数で動作させるべく構成された電子制御装置(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 前記電子制御装置(7)が、励起周波数を、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)により発信される超音波信号の周波数が前記第1の超音波センサ(5)により発信される超音波信号の周波数に等しい値に設定すべく構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の超音波センサ構成(2)を含む自動車(1)。
- バンパー(3)と、その間をエンジンへの冷却空気が流れる薄層を有するラジエータグリル(4)と、超音波信号を発信および/または受信する膜(11)を各々含む少なくとも1個の第1および1個の第2の超音波センサ(5、6)とを含み、前記第1の超音波センサ(5)は、前記膜(11)が前記バンパー(3)を介して超音波信号を発信および/または受信するように、前記バンパー(3)の裏側に配置されており、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)は、外部に露出するように前記ラジエータグリル(4)の前記薄層上に配置されている自動車(1)の前記第1、第2の超音波センサ(5、6)を動作させる方法であって、
離調手段(7、9)により、前記第2の超音波センサ(6)により発信される超音波信号の周波数と前記第1の超音波センサ(5)により発信される超音波信号の周波数とを同一の周波数とすることを特徴とする方法。
