Claims (13)
- 液体サンプル(2)の濾過のための器具(1)であって、
前記サンプル(2)を濾過するメンブレン(3)を有し、
前記濾過されたサンプル(2)を受け入れるフルイディックシステム(5)を有し又は該フルイディックシステム(5)を形成するキャリヤ(4)を有する、器具において、
前記器具(1)は、前記濾過されたサンプル(2)が毛管力の結果として前記フルイディックシステム(5)に達し又は部分的にこれを充填した後でのみそれ以上の濾過又は前記濾過の促進のための負圧又は正圧を発生させる関連の運搬装置(15)を有し、
前記フルイディックシステム(5)は、前記濾過されたサンプル(2)を受け入れて排出するための前記メンブレン(3)の中央の下に配置された受け入れ開口部(8)を有し、
前記キャリヤ(4)は、前記メンブレン(3)に直接接触する隆起領域(9)を有し、
前記受け入れ開口部(8)は、前記キャリヤ(4)の前記隆起領域(9)内で前記メンブレン(3)に向かって開口する、ことを特徴とする器具。 - 前記器具は、前記キャリヤ(4)と関連したカバー(6)を有し、前記カバーは少なくとも部分的に前記フルイディックシステム(5)を覆い、かつ、前記メンブレン(3)の下で前記隆起領域(9)の周りに環状の当接領域を形成する、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記受け入れ開口部(8)に隣接して受け入れチャネル(7)が設けられ、該受け入れチャネル(7)は、前記キャリヤ(4)に設けられた開口部によって形成された、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記メンブレン(3)は、縁部のところで且つ/或いは円周方向に前記キャリヤ(4)に直接連結されると共に/或いは前記キャリヤ(3)の凹部(19)内に受け入れられている、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記キャリヤ(4)は、前記メンブレン(3)の方へ向いていて、前記濾過されたサンプル(2)を前記受け入れ開口部(8)に供給する構造(16)を有する、請求項3又は4記載の器具。
- 前記メンブレン(3)は、前記サンプル(2)のための受け入れ装置(14)と一緒に該受け入れ装置に連結された状態で前記キャリヤ(4)又はそのカバー(6)上にルーズに載ると共に/或いはガス密状態で固定されてはいない、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の器具。
- 前記器具(1)は、前記メンブレン(3)と毛管作用接触状態にある前記サンプル(2)の供給装置(11)を有する、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記供給装置(11)は、漏斗形の形態のものである、請求項7に記載の器具。
- 前記供給装置(11)は、前記サンプル(2)のための受け入れ装置(14)内に配置され、前記メンブレン(3)は、その縁部のところで且つ/或いは円周方向に前記受け入れ装置(14)に連結されている、請求項7又は8に記載の器具。
- 液体サンプル(2)を濾過する方法であって、前記サンプル(2)をメンブレン(3)に通して濾過し、濾過された前記サンプル(2)を前記メンブレン(3)の平坦な側で排出してフルイディックシステム(5)に通す、方法において、
前記フルイディックシステム(5)は、前記メンブレン(3)と直接接触する隆起領域(9)を有するキャリヤ(4)により形成され、前記受け入れ開口部(8)は、前記隆起領域(9)内で前記メンブレン(3)に向かって開口し、
最初、前記濾過されたサンプル(2)が前記フルイディックシステム(5)に対し又は部分的にこれを充填するまで前記濾過を毛管力だけで又は毛管力を必要不可欠な手段として実施し、次に、負圧又は正圧を用いて前記濾過を続行し又は前記濾過を促進する、方法。 - 前記メンブレン(3)は、前記フルイディックシステム(5)を形成するキャリヤ(4)上又はそのカバー(6)上にルーズに載っていると共に/或いは縁部のところが非ガス密状態で固定されている、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記負圧又は正圧は、最高100mPaに制限される、請求項10又は11記載の方法。
- 前記負圧又は正圧は、50mPaに制限される、請求項10又は11記載の方法。
