Description
Claims (19)
- サーマルサイクル反応に使用される反応容器のアセンブリであって、
口部、本体、及び先端部を有する少なくとも一つの反応容器と、
開口を有するキャビティを画定するケーシングと
を含み、
前記ケーシングは前記開口に対向する係合表面をさらに有し、
前記係合表面は、前記反応容器の前記口部内に嵌まるサイズ及び形状の突起を少なくとも一つ有し、
第1構成において前記反応容器は前記ケーシングの前記キャビティ内に前記開口を介して受容され、
前記反応容器が前記キャビティ内に存在しない第2構成において、前記ケーシングの前記突起が前記反応容器の前記口部に嵌まることによって前記口部が閉じられるアセンブリ。 - 前記ケーシングは、ユーザが把持するべく適合されたフィンガーグリップ、凹部、又は他の形成部を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の反応容器を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の反応容器は接合されてストリップ又はマルチウェルプレートを形成する、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の又は単数の前記反応容器は細長い、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1構成において、前記反応容器の前記口部は、前記反応容器がユーザの前記反応容器の内部へのアクセスを許容するように前記ケーシングの前記開口と整合される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器の前記本体は毛細管の形態である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器の前記口部は、直径が前記本体より大きい、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器の前記先端部は一体型コリメートレンズを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記一体型コリメートレンズは正メニスカスレンズである、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器は親水性ポリマーから製造される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2構成において、前記突起は前記反応容器の前記口部を実質的に埋める、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの前記係合表面は、前記第2構成にある場合に前記反応容器の外表面と係合するべく設計された一以上の戻り止めを含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの開口は、第1構成にある場合に前記反応容器の外表面と係合するべく設計された一以上の戻り止めを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器は、前記ケーシングの一部と係合するべく設計された戻り止めを含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの係合表面には、前記係合表面と前記反応容器との気密嵌めを確保する弾性ガスケットが設けられる、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- RFIDタグをさらに含む、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- サーマルサイクル反応に使用される反応容器アレイであって、
それぞれが口部、本体、及び先端部を有する複数の反応容器を含み、
第1構成において前記複数の反応容器は、ケーシングによって開口を有するように画定されたキャビティ内に受容され、
前記ケーシングは前記開口に対向する係合表面を有し、
前記係合表面は、それぞれが前記反応容器の前記口部内に嵌まるサイズ及び形状の複数の突起を有し、
前記反応容器が前記キャビティ内に存在しない第2構成において、前記ケーシングの前記複数の突起の一つが前記反応容器の前記口部に嵌まることによって前記口部が閉じられる反応容器アレイ。 - サーマルサイクル反応に使用される反応容器のケーシングであって、
開口を有するキャビティと、
前記開口に対向する係合表面と
を含み、
前記反応容器は口部、本体、及び先端部を有し、
前記係合表面は、前記反応容器の前記口部に嵌まるサイズ及び形状の突起を有し、
第1構成において、前記反応容器が前記キャビティ内に前記開口を介して受容され、
前記反応容器が前記キャビティ内に存在しない第2構成において、前記ケーシングの前記突起が前記反応容器の前記口部に嵌まることによって前記口部が閉じられるケーシング。
