Description
Claims (23)
- サーマルサイクル反応に使用される反応容器アセンブリであって、
マウス、ボディ、及びチップを有する少なくとも一つの反応容器と、
開口を有するキャビティを画定するケーシングと
を含み、
前記ケーシングはさらに係合表面を有し、
第1構成において前記反応容器は前記ケーシングのキャビティ内に前記開口を介して受容され、
第2構成において前記ケーシングの係合表面は前記反応容器のマウスと係合して前記マウスを閉じるアセンブリ。 - 前記ケーシングは、ユーザが把持するべく適合されたフィンガーグリップ、凹部、又は他の形成部を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の反応容器を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の反応容器は、例えばストリップとして又はマルチウェルプレートとして接合される、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の又は単数の前記反応容器は細長い、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの開口は前記ケーシングの第1部分上に存在し、前記係合表面は前記ケーシングの対向第2部分上に存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1構成において、前記反応容器のマウスは、前記反応容器がユーザの前記反応容器内部へのアクセスを許容するように前記ケーシングの開口と整合される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器のボディは毛細管の形態である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器のマウスは、直径が前記ボディより大きい、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器のチップは一体型コリメートレンズを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記レンズは正メニスカスレンズである、請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器は親水性ポリマーから製造される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの係合表面は、前記反応容器のマウス部分内に嵌まるサイズ及び形状の一以上の突起を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第2構成において、前記突起は前記反応容器のマウスを実質的に埋める、請求項13に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの係合表面は、第2構成にある場合に前記反応容器の外表面と係合するべく設計された一以上の戻り止め又は他のフィーチャを含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの開口は、第1構成にある場合に前記反応容器の外表面と係合するべく設計された一以上の戻り止め又は他のフィーチャを含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記反応容器は、前記ケーシングの一部と係合するべく設計された一の戻り止め又は他の形成部を含む、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングの係合表面には、前記係合表面と前記反応容器との気密嵌めを確保する弾性ガスケットが設けられる、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- RFIDタグ又は他の標識をさらに含む、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリとともに使用される反応容器アレイであって、
前記アレイは、マウス、ボディ、及びチップを有する少なくとも一つの反応容器を含み、
前記アレイは、開口を有するキャビティを画定するケーシングとともに使用されるのに適切であり、
前記ケーシングはさらに係合表面を有し、
第1構成において前記反応容器は前記ケーシングのキャビティ内に前記開口を介して受容され、
第2構成において前記ケーシングの係合表面は前記反応容器のマウスと係合して前記マウスを閉じるアレイ。 - 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリとともに又は請求項20に記載の反応容器アレイとともに使用されるケーシングであって、
前記ケーシングは開口を有するキャビティを画定し、
前記ケーシングはさらに係合表面を有し、
第1構成において前記反応容器は前記ケーシングのキャビティ内に前記開口を介して受容され、
第2構成において前記ケーシングの係合表面は前記反応容器のマウスと係合して前記マウスを閉じるケーシング。 - サーマルサイクル反応に使用される反応容器アレイであって、
前記アレイは、それぞれがマウス、ボディ、及びチップを有する複数の反応容器を含み、
前記反応容器のチップは一体型コリメートレンズを含むアレイ。 - RFIDタグ又は他の標識をさらに含む、請求項22に記載のアレイ。
